This is a senior home living facility and due to the risk of the tenants falling we have to dry clean most carpets here

It’s called VLM, very low moisture cleaning. It’s usually done in places where the carpet cannot be wet for too long due to the liability of someone falling. This machine use cotton bonnets that absorb the dirt. It works really well but it doesn’t beat the steam cleaning
