I was told 15 years ago by somebody I really cared about that. I should move away and open up dry cleaning business, I didn’t listen to his wisdom went and helped my family. I did the Christian thing I guess but I did find out I should’ve taken care of myself because before you can help somebody else that you should be able to maintain yourself! Would’ve avoided a lot of issues, but such as life. I enjoy watching all of you. You’re great family I’m sure you have your days, but keep it together work hard of it. It’s so more important to have a family than to be without your family have a great time, I love what you guys do

Thanks for the tour! Very interesting! I was born and raised in Midland TX and you still see alot of men wearing starched clothes .. now I live closer to Central Texas and mostly older men or Cowboys .. ranchers wear the starched clothes

Hi Cody & Erica Thanks for taking us on this tour. I've used laundry mats before and even repaired machines. Never knew how the back end of the dry cleaning process worked. Video was very informative. A high🖐️five to all your employees. Good employers retain good employees.Before retiring, I worked at my last job for 27 yes because I had good relations with my employer. It’s people like you who are part of the reason the world is still spinning! I lost both parents and my only sibling last summer. I’m still in a place of hurt and sadness and I know I’ll find my way again. I have my husband and two children. We live in Ga but I would love to work for you and your family. I need the feeling of family and my parents were in places within the church like you guys are and I miss all of that so much. ❤️Keep Ranching!

I’m from Marshall Texas and I manage B&C Cleaners for 27 years. We also have the same customer problems you were talking about. We don’t crease sleeves in East Texas unless customer wants to pay extra. Good luck on your install on your new laundry presses. Went through a new boiler install a few weeks back and it was rough. Keep Cleaning!!! Lol!!

I worked at a dry cleaner for 13 years in Vermont and I was the shirt presser the only shirt that needed creases were military and every once in a while we would get a customer that liked creases in his shirts

You might want to add a good size fire extinguisher for the ranching truck. Also you might want to consider pressure washing your sidewalks and parking area.

Dawn dish soap works awesome and it doesn't damage your stuff. We use it on our fire gear to get it clean.

Ya. My Mom and Dad had A florist for 27 years till they had to retire do to health ....but they the same way help the consumer ..dad a preacher for 40 plus years and they have had to work on a Sunday to get flower to the funeral home but part of it...keep ranching ..love ya videos..o ya. Corn starch helps when it's hot to in the hay feild keeps ya from caffing

The customer is always right to a point, at that point, they can cost more business than you can ever regain. When that point comes, my line is, I appreciate your business, although I don't need any more of it. Tried and true sometimes you need to fire the customer as a small business owner. Keep up the good work and keep ranchin!

Very Interesting the differences, I 99% put arm creases in.I steam iron and wash fold, send my DC out. My store is Richmond Valet Service. Most young people think Valet means parking cars so im thinking of changing the Business Name.

My dry cleaners charges 7 a piece for anything heavy starched the way I like it, lil ol town in south Texas. I have them put the creases in my shirts & jeans.

Well this explains slot about the cleanest rancher your business is really this and you play ranch with the help. My son is a logger at 5 because he had his 40 cut also. I really appreciate this video I was mad with the keep ranching this is you and it affords your ranch or it is a family ranch that will have to be split. But this is you and your tour you should be more proud of laundry than ranching honestly. Rancher don't make the man what you actually do does. Now I have to find videos of giving you crap about you having clean clothes ranching nope just know if you see the hate it's cause I knew something didn't add up.

@@Bar7Ranch yeah typing on a phone other letters are close, and I watch alot of You Tube with a broken back so your channel popped up and it was ranching and as I went through the videos it was no dirty clothes ranching no dirty oil stained pants carhart crisp and clean which lead me to believe you don't ranch then I saw your dry cleaning buisness and the way you explained everything then was great, that's when I realized you are not a rancher you are in the laundry buisness and that's great. Just as my son logged his first 40 acres off and he is not a logger but has land in his name. I'm not making fun of you I just know farmer's clothes and thought you switched them out for videos but a carhart never lies and when I saw that I knew... something was off but then your laundry video came up and you explained everything just like a real buisnessman who has done it would from start to finnish and that's when I knew your a laundry buisness guy hiding as rancher. Don't worry it's fine like I said my son is a logger but goes to daycare also because it will all be his in the end but taxes matter and they can only take so much from one unless it's a buisness so spreading the land out is ok for reasons.

Since this is an old video, I am not sure if you will see my question. However, just in case. I recently purchased a small laundromat in Rice, TX and I offer a wash/dry/fold service and pickup and delivery service. I have had customers ask if we can starch and press clothes. I am unable to locate anything useful on the internet. Would you mind sharing with me when in the washing process do you add starch and how to you establish light, medium and heavy starch? Lastly, when pressing jeans that have been starched. Do you use the steam press or no steam? Thank you very much for your assistance.
