Hello Frank, I have a 2015 Skoda Rapid Spaceback 1.4 TSI 7speed automatic DSG, please help if you know where is the transmission fluid pressure sensor?
@@frankcumaio8328 Thank you. Yes Po841 error code - Transmission fluide pressure sensor/switch A circuit Range/ performance Does the whole mechateonic need change or only sensor ?
I didn't manage to remove it either. I had to remove the starter to get to the filler plug underneath. It was a bit fiddly. Especially the lower screw that holds the starter into place. Those screws have 16mm heads.
Imagine yourself frying potatoes chips in same oil lifetimely because the brand says is a lifetime oil lol. Car manufacturers do a lot money with aftersales, so they use a lot the life time thing
Good question when the manufacturer says lifetime fluid it means average lifetime of the transmission which is 100,000 miles give or take.It doesnt mean forever because obviously it will degrade and wear with time and use so I recommend changing it every 60k kms to keep everything happy and OEM oils ofcourse
yes the manual says that, teorically is sealed, and they meat seald as is not serviceble unit it brakes and replaced with a newer one. Car companies now they make money with after sales, so if you dont service it breakes sooner
@@FhatuwaniManyane As above, it's supposed to last the life of the car, but how long is that? 5 years?10 years? 20 years? It will need changing sometime. In reality it means it will outlast the length of the warranty which means the manufacturer/dealer won't have to pay for the repairs.
