This will work with basically all USB C chargers making it much easier to charge up your old electronics. No need to buy a special port with a board for this mod. Just a port and a couple of 5.1k resistors.

I use 6 pin usb c female ports to do this. The middle two pins need to be soldered to ground with 5.1k resistors to get usb c to c to function otherwise you have to use a usb c to a cable if you just solder on the hot and the not.
