From my limited time researching, it seems only the exit node of the IP is known which is basically useless as it can only provide a "general area" and not a direct link to his snortfort. These exit nodes can even be a different city or country entirely, and since everyone already knows exactly where he lives he won't be providing anything new to "trolls" via Fightcade.
It's amazing to me how they can put up with the constant bullying, manipulation and humiliation from Phil. They try their best to help him, and what do they get? OOGATZ.

Don't normal people learn how to do their own laundry when they're like 16) Might have been different for me but I've been doing my own laundry since I got my first job at 16. Old enough to have a job old enough to take care of yourself. This wasn't imposed on me by my mother, I made the decision to look after myself because I'm not an overgrown child in the body of an adult. Even being very sick as I am (getting better tho) I do everything myself that I can because I refuse to have my girlfriend or family have to look after me like I'm a child or incapable. 99% of fighting games, especially old ones, are P2P matchmaking. Meaning you're making a direct connection to your opponent. If they want your IP all they need to do is open wireshark and check for a persistent UDP connection.
There’s a difference between peer 2 peer and dedicated servers. Most games have dedicated servers. Peer 2 peer is antiquated for essentially this reason. When you go to Google, it gets your IP, but not everyone else on Google gets your IP.

Holy absolute armchair general take on VPNs. VPNs do not nesscessarily always adds ping. It depends on the routing, but because it's him, he is always going to assume it's just going to add lag. I have genuinely used VPNs and got better latency because of my ISPs lousy routing. Lmao.
