Phil faking being a fan of the BF series is hilarious because the games came out when he was playing nothing but Super Turbo, so he has no previous experience with them
He even said that they were heavily regarded because of the online…literally the complete opposite lol people love these games bc of the single player modes

I don't understand how he's so restricted in what he thinks he can play. If his personality was even mildly good he could make anything entertaining. Yet he suggests games and then goes "oh well nobody will watch me play that so I can't do that".
He already has an idea of what he wants to play. By asking his fans for suggestions, he can use the "you guys suggested this, so you better support it" excuse. If it's something he doesn't want to play, he just insults them and tells them they are stupid for their suggestions.

Honestly these games have never been fully fun. To me these types of games lose their value quickly but idk...Battlefield feels like once you seen one map you seen them all and all it has to offer

I hosted a livestream on the PS4 version of this game (Battlefront 1 specifically), and I seemed to not be having any noteable issues. I'm genuinely asking, as I thought maybe it was because people were having issues with the online since I only played offline.
Nah, they just suck. They can't release a game that is lighter than 70 gigabytes and they're always glitchy and unfinished. Back in 2010 games were like 5 gigabytes and worked perfectly.
What is he meant to do guys? All these games SUCK. Final Fantasy, every single RPG, he can't play RPGs no more! Battlefront, every game in existence sucks guys cause its not bringing in viewers or tips and remember its the GAMES.

Of course not. Just like with everyone else that cries the whole game sucks, they ignore the offline modes and Galactic Conquest... Yeah, the online is horrible and having a solid offline isn't an excuse to ignore the fact Aspyr fucked up with the online component but stop saying the offline stuff is garbage too when it's not (not to me anyway since I have yet to encounter an issue offline).
1:10 Anybody who's Played the Classic Games for Long enough Knows that the Turrets are a TRAP. Because you can get easily Headshotted in them for a OHK. The Deploy Turrets despite their bigger Firepower is like a Death sentence against a Veteran with Good Aim.

8:37 lmao he got an alert saying he was leaving the battlefield, he kept going the exact same direction, and then exclaims that it wasn't his fault he died. Stuff like this makes me think sometimes that he's pulling an Andy Kaufman.
Also, while the game has glitches for sure, this is still basically the Battlefront experience. Phil just had rose-colored glasses on with these games. I think people remember them fondly because they really were the first console games with big open multiplayer maps, and it was Star Wars, and the graphics were good. Also Phil missing his shots wasn’t the fault of the glitches, that’s just Phil missing his shots.
he hasn't played them but HEARD they were good so he's using the collection to justify his hate. He has no nostalgia he's a trend follower who is acting as if he had, similar to how he used the poor reputation of the reboots to justify his hate of those titles.
OF COURSE Phil would head straight to Online and forget the rest of the game, knowing full well he'll be trolled and not have a great time. He wanted to waste money!
This was by far the best shit I've seen in years. I watched him live and it was amazing seeing him react to this travesty in real time as I cooked dinner. It feels like DSP playing his own life on PS5.
