Excellent info. 2000 focus, short to ground horn and no kam power. Self diagnosing customer has changed so many factory parts to cheap aftermarket parts on it that I am amazed and scared everything will need to be put back to factory with oem junkyard parts before I can run a stable diagnostics & hot functions. Black soot front to back. No telling how long it has been run with no kam power.
