Where is ecm relay located? I'm getting p0690 code. I have replaced my battery and alternator. I'm still getting the same code

Checking my control module and the cables. I heard the cables could be a issue on a captiva, making the module bad.

I found out when the ECM fuse keep's blowing out you have a short, you need to find the short , and this fuse is used for a lot of other things so more then likely you need to make sure that any of the wire's are not getting heated by any motor part's .And yes one big problem is fuel pump having a short too.

I have a 2004 Grand Prix GT with 285,000 miles. A few days ago I had a misfire in cylinder 6. I bought a new coil pack and replaced it and the car works fine for one day. As I was driving home that night the car stalled out as soon as I got to my driveway. The car never ran hot. I tried to start it up but nothing. All electrical components are working except the AC fan isn't now. There are no codes showing. And there is no sparks coming from none of the coils now. I've checked all the fuses twice and they all are good. As a precautionary I changed the crankshaft sensor and the ignition control module and still nothing. What do I do next? ECM PCM or Timing Chain? Help??

I have 5 volts to my ecm and pcm fuses on a 2005 silverado. Could it be anything but my fuse blocks?

Why is my truck killing the batteries if I do not turn it on 1 day I have had this happening for months now.. I have taken the battery to the auto parts store several times and they tell me the battery is dead. Once the battery is replaced it works fine then after not running it one day the truck will not turn on. Ignition is damaged due to theft.could that also be an issue. Thanks in advance for the help.

What would happen if you’re driving and the fuse suddenly blows?

You failed to mention any prerequisites prior to using the test lamp/probe. Is the engine and ignition off/on? Do you do the same test for every fuse by sticking the pointed probe end into the small metal part of the fuse's top (there are one on each side)?

It's all about ECM. controlling freak unit which mean additional crab and rip off money . In order for any vehicle to start it must have fuel, spark , good fuses and crank/cam position sensors. I am experiencing different issue, that the fuel pump and engine sensor fuses has no current on it like all other fuses and I am suspecting that the ECM. no more communicating with crankshaft sensor and that why my vehicle crank and own't start !.

That is not a fix a fuse does not pop for no reason you need to find out why that fuse pop you put that fuse in it’s probably gonna pop again

Man I can't believe I wasted my time watching your video your fuse blew for some reason. You didn't even explain it all the way, you gotta turn on your ignition, show us the fuse doesn't blow again. You gotta find out what made the fuse blow
