Anyone find it weird how prominent Klavier is on the box art? He's only briefly in one case, but he takes up more realestate than Fullbright and Edgeworth combined.
Man, I love the space-rock guitar interspersed throughout the orchestration. It seriously feels like you're blasting through the atmosphere intellectually in court. So rad. I love it!
I wish it would be the case. But this plays way too often ... because someone decided that the game doesn't need a proper announce the truth. They didn't even use Investigation~Core for the trials e.e
Maybe I'm biased because of how much I like Dual Destinies, but I think this is my absolute favorite Pursuit theme, surpassing even the original in terms of sheer awesomeness. Can't wait for the sixth game!
Imo Lying Coldly, Wanting to Find the Truth, Overtaken, Cornered, and Questioned outrank it. (Actually Questioned is debatable.) But yeah, this track slaps.
@@Oshibka_Roditeley True that. “Who sus?” “Starbuck sus he didn’t report” “No u” “Okay Athena sus” “NO” “What” “Bobby sus” “WHAT?! You really believe that I, Bobby Fulbright, who fights for justice, is the Phantom?!” “Yes” “Sus” “Lol”
Dual Destinies isn't my top favorite Ace Attorney game, but god this pursuit goes so hard. Really love the moments when this played! Makes you so hyped
Correction - it's the music to play when you've figured out the maths question... It's damn depressing to play whilst you're stuck on it. ): I need a different track.
The Clear Summer you could use the cross examination theme whilst you're figuring out, and when you're on the verge of completing it, play the pursuit theme ;D
Fantastic theme! AA5 might not be the strongest game in the series, but when this theme thunders on you feel like Phoenix in his prime! This is the unofficial theme to every real-life argument you've ever had!
sydmc18 My... own, true face...? No! Please don't! I know you're here! Where are you?! See...? I haven't revealed anything yet! Honest! ...A-AAAAAAAAAAAGH! My own, true face...! I don't have one! My face! My face! My face! *Tries removing mask with two hands holding on his neck*
Athena: You can't outrun yourself! Apollo: Remove that mask and unleash your emotions! Phoenix: Confront your guilt head-on... *TRIPLE POINTER* All:...with your own, true face!
I imagine objections every four secounds when I hear this, spefically with pheonix and Blackquill for some reason, continuasly counter objecting eachover.
***** I think Fraser was talking about the one with Sherlock Holmes. That's not AA6, it's a spinoff. Capcom themselves have said AA6 would come to the west.
TheGamingTurret Just search for Ace Attorney 6 on Google. It's a new game in modern times with Phoenix as the main character. The one with Holmes is a spin-off (like the two Edgeworth games), with an ancestor of Phoenix as the main character in Victorian London.
Friendly Claw Still the whole 'it's too japanese for western audiences' excuse capcom is using is utter bs, A: Shirlock F* Holmes Last time I checked he wasn't japanese. B: IT TAKES PLACE IN ENGLAND. They should know from the fact that fans have worked very hard to make translations for the investigations games that fans want these side-games just as much as the canon ones. I mean look how popular PLVSPW was. If you want to wait until the current game is done, fine, but they know full well how fans responded to these trailers. Also How is it that a game that takes place in a country that is very clearly japanese in culture and involve spirit mediums and all that be LESS Japanese than the spin off with holmes.
When I first heard this song, I didn't really like it and also kinda hated it. But once I heard it in the game, I can definitively say that i was dead wrong and that this slaps hard.
See, this song scares me. It makes me fear that Dual Destinies is the last game in the series. This song is so amazing, I don't really know if they can top it! Y'know what, scratch that, I'm sure they will, let's hope that this series can last us the rest of our lives!
It's one of my favorite in the series, after the original and Apollo Justice, although I wish they would have made each lawyer their own like they did with the Objection themes. For example, Phoenix would be a remix of Cornered 2001, Apollo cornered 2007, and Athena this one.
***** Thank god. Ace Attorney is pretty much the only reason I'm sticking with Capcom. If they fuck this up like they did their other games...*sigh* Anyway, I'll be looking forward to AA6 in 2014, and Ace Attorney X Professor Layton :)
It's pretty high up there for sure, alongside the perfection that is the cross examination theme (both versions). All-in-all, fantastic soundtrack. I even imported the OST from Japan, and it takes a seriously amazing soundtrack for me to do that.
I've been having a difficult situation in life right now, and I've taken the liberty to replay Dual Destinies again to cheer me up. And I've gotta tell you, whenever this song pops in the game, and maybe even when it sticks to my head, I swear, I just can think myself: "I'm fine!"
“What do you think, Mr. Tonate? Think you can dismantle this decisive evidence?!” “Florent L’belle… YOU are the one that murdered Alderman Rex Kyubi!” “Now, I ask you all in the gallery… Help me decide the professors fate!”
Your honor! The defense asserts that! *blueish green moving background appears" You never had a beard! Judge: "What? But that- THATSSSSS IMPOSSSIIIIBBBBBBBBBBLLLLEEEEEE!" *courtroom explodes*
I wonder if capcom will ever do a crossover between AA and Danganronpa... it will be like: *OBJETION!* vs *NO, THAT'S WRONG!* And for those who like to keep things in original audio: *異議あり!* (Igiari!) vs *それは違うよ!* (sore wa chigau yo!)
This one's VERY satisfying when taking down the third case culprit (SPOILER) . . . . . . . . Like the school's over, let the kids have fun messing with the bad teacher.
Mr. Krabs: Okay! I confess! SpongeBob killed him! SpongeBob: OBJECTION! You can't pin this whole rap on me! Mr. Krabs: He was insane, out of control. He would've killed me too if you two hadn't come along. SpongeBob: The Nasty Patty was all Mr. Krab's idea! I'm just a innocent pawn in his twisted scheme! Mr. Krabs: Put him down now, he's a mad dog! A MAD DOG!! SpongeBob: He wears curlers to bed! Mr. Krabs: HOLD IT! I-It's not what you think!
Each of the three attorneys points their finger in a slightly different way. With Phoenix, his wrist is curled upwards slightly, with his finger bending down right at the knuckle to straighten out. Apollo points with his finger completely straight, with no bending in his wrist, and with his finger parallel to the back of his hand. Athena's pointing pose has her bend her wrist downwards, and curl her finger up. Her pose is also the only one in which the rest of the hand isn't completely closed in a fist, but instead has her thumb sticking out.
Also, Athena's pointing pose is probably impossible to execute in real life. Fingers cannot bend like that, at least to my knowledge, so why Athena can do it so much is beyond me.
@@L00SEG00SE Yeah completely agree. Problem is I've already spent this months gaming budget. I will be picking it up just not yet. Edit: I also already own all the games and DLC I'd be picking this up for accessibility on modern hardware and the extras. Plus the glow up.
Also, just want to point out: music by Noriyuki Iwadare, composer for the Grandia games, both main series Lunar titles AND the remakes, and a plethora of other jRPGs. No wonder this is one of my favorite soundtracks in the series; it's done by my actual favorite game music composer.
No! No i have to succeed! Light bulb! Thats it! Objection! This song plays! I get pumped up as the villain gets squashed!!! Villain breaks down! Truth is revealed! NOT GUILTY!
Dual Destinies is underrated, ok it's probably the weakest game in the series but in my heart it's better than SoJ and really close to Trials and Tribulations. AA1 is my favorite game in the series and JFA despite all its flaws is my second favorite. (so my controversial ranking is: AA1, JFA, TnT, DD, AJ and SoJ.
Clearly I cannot get enough of this~ I always get so overly excited when this starts playing. It's always so exhilarating when you start putting the witnesses in a squeeze
