Thanks i might have to try this. Going to try a new data cable first. You see the problem i have is that my phone, with the same cable as before, would plug to my windows just fine, no problem, drag files from one to the other in the file explorer. No major changes. No major updates to either. No damage. Nothing is obsolete or old tech its all decently up to date... Now? Im getting the dreaded old, "unknown USB device" in the devices window. It will not prompt nor read. Very frustrating. Ive tried everything it seems. Literally everything. Tried some drastic, technically involved administrative changes. Nothing works.. Except perhaps...... A new data cable. So im going to try that. And if it doesnt do the trick. then well, this should. And if this doesnt work either, im out of luck and i guess ill be getting a new device bc i have to be able to do that. ..Pretty SAD that Samsung and windows make engines and software that are so incompatible they cant transfer freakin pictures and video. Unreal.
Come back when you find a personality and know how to pronounce words. Also, it would have helped if you showed how to copy multiple pics and said what the friggin app's name is.
Also in the Sandisk Memory Zone App, if you can access your photos, screenshots etc in the "Media" tab, press and hold one, it will select it, you then can select others, at the same time, and i see the options like "move" and "share" "copy" etc at the bottom. Seems to work. I have yet to get a sandisk drive to store it on but it seems to be the answer to your question. I know you asked this a year ago but oh well. Calm down lol the personal insults on the dude were not needed, he helped me alot with this if it actually ends up working.
