Windmills are awesome for hitting your core while incorporating other muscle groups such as hamstrings & glutes, and with the dual loaded windmill, shoulders. When we talk about time efficiency in the gym, we want to recruit as many muscle groups as possible for maximal calorie burn, as well as wholistic training for a balanced body. This is a great movement you can incorporate into your leg day to hit core as well. Lastly, when you're making your core workouts, this is a great 'bang for your buck' movement you should use. - Ethan Parker
