Discover the power of the Dual Rope Triceps Extension to sculpt and strengthen your triceps like never before! Instructions:
Set Up: Attach rope handles to the high pulley of a cable machine. Adjust the pulleys so that they are at the top position.
Grip: Grasp one rope handle in each hand using a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Step back a few feet to create tension in the cables.
Stance: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and engage your core for stability.
Extension: Keeping your elbows close to your sides, exhale and extend your forearms downwards, fully contracting your triceps.
Squeeze: Hold the fully extended position for a moment, focusing on squeezing your triceps hard to maximize the contraction.
Return: Inhale and slowly allow the ropes to return to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
Repeat: Perform the desired number of repetitions with smooth, controlled movements.
