Great video Pedro. I ordered a PP today and can't wait. Do you find the riding position comfortable after a full days riding? I subscribed too by the way :)
Hi there! Congratulations for your new PP!!! Im 1,85cm and the bike fits me perfectly. the seat is very comfy both for me and my girlfriend . Even after long touring stretches. To avoid right hand straining and increase comfort on highways I used the cruise control often and put the windshield up . Thank you for subscribing :) I will be updating more PP content very soon . Cheers
That looks like the top box that you'd buy through Ducati. I don't think there are any differences between his and the 2024, so yes, it should, but your dealer could tell you for sure.
Thank you for sharing....I am considering a purchase and have test ridden around town from a local dealer. The downside for me is the bike loves RPM's. Around town driving requires a level of work. Keeping in mind my other bike is a R1250GSA and runs like a sewing machine...very easy to ride at all RPM ranges. What attracts me to this bike is the technology and handling.
The suspensions work like a charm in most of the road conditions... even on bumpy and patchy roads. If you expect rough roads set to "Touring" rider mode to smooth up the ride :) and make sure your weight set up is also on right mode (Solo, with passenger, luggage etc. I will be posting soon a video on rider modes...dont forget to Subscribe! :)
I have watched a couple different reviews for this motorcycle and you are not the only one that has problems with the phone app connecting. It does seem to be a problem across the board. Good Video!!
Even worse with the lower spec V2S version whereby I cannot even connect my helmet or phone to the dash. Apart from this and the excessive engine heat problem, my V2S is a wonderful machine so I can only guess at how masterful the Pikes Peak must be.
What about excess heat from under the seat? Appreciate you are in Europe but here in Australia, Ducati engines are renowned for emitting too much heat. Maybe it is the EU6 catalytic converters? Anyway as the hot summer months begin, it is a big problem with my V2S, and my friends’ Desert X and V4S.
I live in Brisbane and have a Multistrada Enduro & Panigale. I do not have an issue with the heat but have de-cats on both that do help a lot. Am just about to trade the MTSE for the V4PP with same accessories as you Pedro so have very much appreciated your post 👍
