He has enough restraint not to call her out her name at the end though. “Such and such”… if he was really as bad as she tried to portray him to be he wouldn’t have cared at all. I see some holes in her story.

The bottom line is that she never denied taking his keys. 🔑 He still should not have gotten rid of the car that she paid him for.

Once the Plaintiff said the Defendant was a hot head and " Intimidating", I knew it was over for the Defendant, no matter how he presented his case, the Judge was going to rule against him. Judge seems to have a lot of personal issues that he brings into these rulings.
