If I had a nickel for every time a character named Moon who used to work with children ended up physically abusing them under the influence of a mysterious force showed up in a horror game I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but its weird that it happened twice, right?

@@jf2801 yeah... this games use of religious imagery is weird. Maybe the Goddess represents the Holy Spirit? Or maybe they just wanted to use established religious imagery in their own way, like Evangelion?

The intuitive voice acting choices are the cherry on top of this stream. Moon Man absolutely slays, but Julia's goddess is also pitch-perfect on-trope. The fact that they picked these voices immediately upon meeting the characters is...magic.
I truly cannot express how bizarre I feel after watching this because the game was so unfathomable absurd that I cant begin to explain why it emotionally impacted me so immensely

Wonder why it's called Zelle. It means 'cell' in german and the dear japanese do love our german. Well, the player starts being imprisoned and travels from one "prison" to "another" sort of, so maybe the name does fit pretty well.
Even though this one is long I’ve rewatched it more than any other vod on this channel. It’s just so heartfelt and amateur, and it’s harder than ever to find that kind of thing nowadays with how polluted the internet is by formulaic trash and computer generated content. Even if it’s not super high production value or perfectly written, the sheer sincerity of it makes it more worthwhile than most things on this website.
This stream introduced me to one of my newest favourite games. 😊 I haven't stopped thinking about it since the original stream. You know that rare feeling when everything about a game, the writing, the story, the graphics, the gameplay, the atmosphere, the characters, hits you *just* right? Maybe not the best place to suggest this, but you guys should play Gris. It's a puzzle platformer, described as Journey meets Ori, with an elegant watercolor aesthetic. The level and camera design make every shot look like a purposefully composed work of art, and it's all punctuated by an emotional musical score. Maybe it wouldn't make for a good stream, but it's just a good game. Also its idea of what is apple-shaped struck me as similar to Julia's idea of what is egg-shaped.
I haven't even watched the whole thing yet but WOW y'alls voice acting is so good!!! I especially loved Jacob's Moon Man and Zorzo, and Julia's Loki. 💜❤ If that art thing doesn't work out, you can always go into VA 😂
Rewatching for the 3rd time because I love this game and I love watching you guys. Update: I've watched this about 8 times now and occasionally put it on to fall asleep to. Jacob's "Jesus saves you baby!!" cracks me up every time. Many great jokes and a weird game is just what I needed, apparently.

I loved literally everything about this game, I kinda hope we get a sequel that deals with this world. Like look the ending is very sweet but come on we all want to see our good good boys use there dragon/ Devine/ infernal/ reaper powers to absolutely be ass and dethrone god. Also I want to know more about this world honestly

Prominent abs are so performative; the muscles that make noticable abs are very surface-level and don't correlate to physical strength at all. People who are genuinely strong have thick torsos that are often undefined and have a good thick layer of fat on them.
I'm not an expert, but I sort of agree. I love watching the World's Strongest Man contests and when you see a Strongman walk out all trim and lean you just know they aren't going to be winning any overhead lift events. Sometimes they make it work, a leaner frame usually meaning they can get a higher score in the speed/running events, but even then the only time I've ever seen abs on a Strongman is when they're struggling for breath immediately after a competition. Bodybuilding definitely seems like a separate discipline from strength athletics - both can be great but they have different goals

This game is weird as hell, and isn't the type of game I'm usually into, and yet this is my fourth time watching this VOD since it came out because that totally makes sense. Jacob and Julia can truly make me like anything, huh
It's really is insane how comforting this stream is for me. I keep coming back to re-watch this for peak comfiness, just everything about this stream ticked them boxes.
Poor Moon Man. He may have been a scumbag in life, but he was at least trying to repent, even in the afterlife. Presumably, thats why The Reaper keeps all of them in these rooms. To give them the chance to repent and ascend. He was even removing himself from situations where his evil urges were getting the better of him. Like when the character comes into his room, breaking the rules of the castle. Then Moon Man snapped when the MC broke another rule whilst he was in a fit of rage.
