This got copyright claimed by Disney This means they will take most of the revenue. If you *want* to support, get an epic Darth Maul badge next to your name AND some member-only vids (on 2nd tier) you can become a channel member ru-vid.com/show-UCn1OZMXXUx2O5Aw-F8kAzgQjoin
@@johnathangoodwin3610 Thank you :) I mean parody falls under fair use but it's only a defense that you can use in a court if you got sued. For a cover on Spotify you gotta pay for cover licenses though, Weird Al apparently always seeks out permission. Fair use is muddy on youtube but covers are definitely not just "allowed", parody maybe but any artist can take down any cover of their on youtube legally (youtube has a good deal with labels to prevent this though, a k a they take the ad revenue).
Have you ever heard the tragedy of Darth Gabzito the Wise? I thought not, it’s not a story Disney would tell you. Darth Gabzito was so wise, so powerful he could make the most amazing songs to avoid copyright. He put everything he knew into a song and then it was copyrighted. Ironic, he tried to save himself from being copyrighted, but was copyrighted anyway.
I love that the visuals are just as fun as the lyrics. It isn't exactly the same as in the movie and it is very hilarious to watch as much as it is to listen to! Bravo!
@@dantematellini6464 I didn’t think of that. I sure hope not as I thought that was a way to reward all that hard work not line Disney’s pockets any more than I already do
lmao this was hilarious, the original short of this song is why i originally subscribed p.s. i really like your editing style and how you leave the text like objects in the enviroment
Disney shouldn’t have the ability to copyright a song they didn’t write. I know they have the rights to it, but that doesn’t mean they can act like they put in the effort to write it. Your doing great, Gabizito.
That was amazing! Great song adaptation Gabitzo! Already listened three times and sent it to a friend! No way it should've been copyright claimed. Maybe 30,000 for a battle of the heroes one? 🤔
I want you to know that it's been almost a year since I last watched this video, and yet every time I hear Duel of the Fates I can't help but have this play in my head.
Soooo creative and well made! Amazing job sir! I have watched this many times and I even added it to my playlist for when I’m driving and I just smile the whole time it plays
For this alone you've earned my subscription. I'm a huge fan of the franchise and this made me laugh and I wasn't even there during the broadcast....please do more of these because this was funny. Copyright is lame tho.
0:41 *darth maul emotes* obi wan: did he do that to me or you cus like- qui gon: focus obi wan. what are you even talking about- obi wan: nah i’m just saying cus like if he did that to me then like i wouldnt let that slide like-
Disney didn't copyright claim this because it was too similar to Duel of the Fates; they copyrighted this because they knew if they didn't they would lose too much revenue
Just noticed Jar Jar saved the galaxy by distracting Darth Maul give obi-wan time to do the Disney move allowing Qui-gon to train Anakin better than obi-wan could
@@kriegertechpriest7011I see what you’re trying to say, it is cool, and it’s also cool when you put it into 0.5 speed, but I still prefer 0.25 speed for a intense build up
I love this, my geography teacher said that we could listen to music when we studied and this was what was on loop, my class mates kept staring at my phone so confuzled 🤣
