Canon d5 mk2 -final cut software. Lens on this- 50mm 1.2l and a tokina 11-16. Love this new earthworks mic and pre too. Very transparent. Didn't even use the plugged in track. Bounce in Logic. Most important, of course, is the performance. Kris is a madman. Super humble too. The best kind.
First time I have ever herd a Uke sound fantastic. I'm sure that's a very well made instrument but it just goes to show it takes a great musician to make it fabulous. I think musicians are under rated. That was really well done.
Insane! My 15 year old daughter is going to start learning this on the uke while I learn it on the banjo. She’s good, hopefully she can become THAT good. Will post a recording once we master it.
that is unbeliebeable!!! really good job!! never seen one of those earthworks mic's before so gonna check them out now!! it seems to have a great frequency response
Tis cool. I really like it. Viseo these days may be getting too good :) I'm having trouble myself coming up with a picking pattern that sounds more banjo-like rather than uke-like.
Omg that was so demoralizing, I'm still trying to finger pick happy birthday for my daughter and I only get it right one out of three times, the man must be bionic
Awsome version! But I gotta ask, is the video sped up? Its not thw speed of the music. It's the visual look. All the movements of the head and body. They look unnaturally spastic. I still love it though.
I've recently bought a Banjolele and like the idea of playing Duelling Banjos for a bit of fun. Watches this video, looks at Banjolele, shakes head.....
