If I am being honest, this campaign captures the feeling of the powerful/high-tech race facing against evil innumerable forces in a seemingly hopeless predicament, the feeling that the Night Elves experience, the same can be appiled to UED on the Brood War Zerg campaign!
@@acb1511 you say like it's very easy to change Starcraft 1 units without heavy modding. Changing game libraries and making a separate .exe to open the entire campaign just for one easter egg? Too much.
If this mission had additional air units for Zerg (for example, flying Zerglings and a few flying Ultralisks), the enemies to face will be diverse and interesting. Heck, flying Zerglings and flying Ultralisks are already in Cosmonarchy.

@@farseer2043 You mean if I don't destroy the several structures first, and I let Aleksander to move pass the passageway, Aleksander will be teleport back?
I was kind of wondering how the Hydralisk secret would be transcribed into this since modding wasn't the order of the day. Well, a shout-out to Alternate works. -The Overmind's going to be -_-pissed-_- at Draliska for this...- His tic also would've been the perfect response to a Warcraft 3 cameo appearance, but ... uhh... that already got shot down by the vanilla-like nature of these missions.
Would've been funnier if there was a cutscene showing Amon killing one of his own Zerg devourers out of frustration when he said "Fools! You let him slip away!".
I mean I knew it could have been a reference to Doctor Who, but well, DuGalle is also French so it'd make sense for him to just say that while escaping...
So far it's still one of the greatest Starcraft 1 (meme) campaigns, like the previos one from this author! Hope there would be a remake of them in Mass Recall someday! It will turn out like what Warcraft 3 Reforged supposed to be 😂!
@@farseer2043 I think I commented something good about your previos campaign back in Nral's previos videos about it, thou I don't remember at all what I have written there and I'm too lazy right now to check it, the only thing I remember for sure for it is an desire for it to be done in Starcraft 2 engine, Standart or Mass Recall. *So as you've seen, I really want it to be redone in Mass Recall, with neccesary changes to fit better for "Warcraft 3, but Starcraft", preferably soon after you finish all your campaigns on it!*
@@Taron_HaiTar I don't have plans for this now because I want to make The Frozen Throne next. Maybe someone who knows Starcraft 2 Editor better than me will be interested in it?
@@farseer2043 I meant after ALL "Warcraft 3 (+Frozen Throne and later), but Starcraft" campaigns from you, *maybe even including Rexxar's campaign!* Hope there are talented modders/masters of Starcraft 2 editor, who are up for that task, and hopefully found soon.
So the last mission will be DuGalle and Stukov preparing the Void Gates to seal Amon while "If you can provide our bases with support and keep us from being overwhelmed, Kerrigan and I (Artanis) will delay Amon's ascend!"
3:05 - Oh dear! Almost dying to friendly Area of Damage felt so scary! Which feels odd, I thought it only damages enemies, or was this Wrath's DPS just this strong?
So basically, how splash damage friendly fire for most units works in Brood War is this: They do not harm your own units, but allied units are not taken into consideration. You can see this with Lurkers, Reavers, and Firebats; they ALL hurt your ally’s units, but not your own units. The only exception to this rule is the Siege Tank, and that’s because Siege Tanks hurt EVERYONE. Because of the above rule, this means Valkyrie friendly fire is scary if your armor’s been debuffed by 9 stacks of Devourer acid, because even if they originally deal 1 damage, that’s +9*8 damage per volley. Scary.
@@farseer2043 Oh right you’re the dev, right? Yeah, I don’t think there’s a trigger that can do that. Best thing you can do is place an invulnerable medic next to each repair kits that only casts Restoration when you come near, but that’s kinda janky and brute-forcey.
@@ThisIsntARU-vidr yes, I'm the creator of RotV. There's no trigger, yes, and there's no trigger to order the Medic to cast Restoration. To do it manually and make the Medic impossible to relocate because you have no Dropships? Maybe but it will be rather messy for players.

Well, Archimonde was already kinda a copy cat of the Overmind from SC1. Blizzard re-used the story beats of SC1 twice (not counting happenings in WoW).
