I am very strong and can lift heavy but don't let the light weights seen in this video fool you. As the infamous Tony Horton quotes in one of his P90X videos, "Where you don't have weight, you add reps" and that holds true to most of the moves in this workout. This is a non-stop high rep workout so have a variety of weights ready to go with this one!

Tone your legs, arms, shoulders, back, chest, and core. Do 3-4 time a week with 30-60 seconds of rest in between sets. A pair of 2-5 pound dumbbells is needed

I have started this gym since three days ,what make me to do it is calm musik. I have a question for beginner is it ok if i use 1.5 kg per dumbbells. I really appreciate your vedio . This is very motivating video and you doing a great job, BUT when I see this squats - I want to hug this girl, she makes such sharp moves when standing up that I am afraid for her knees)))) Need to do this slower, we all have only one copy of our joints. Sorry.
I only have 5 pound dumbbells... How many times a week do I have to do this workout? And what should I do more? HIIT workouts? I'm confortable with my weight, but I am not toned and I have belly fat :(
wish this had vocals, its so much more inspiring having an instrutor guiding and pushing you. The lame music lost me within the 1st 2 minutes. If I did not experience other gymra workouts I would have never clicked their link again after seeing this. sorry, just keeping it real
I love these workouts and the sequences are great but it makes me cringe to look at their posture and form. Not great for someone who needs to be shown what to do and how to do it.
