Dumbbell Muscle Strength & Tone is a full body resistance exercise workout. There are exercises for the upper body which consist of the shoulders, chest, back, biceps and triceps. There are also exercises for the lower body which consist of quads, hamstrings, buttocks and caves. You will get a well rounded full body workout.
You will need a pair of lite dumbbells between 2 and 10 pounds or heavier if you can handle the weight. The entire workout last 50 minutes. This workout will help you strength your body, built lean muscle and lose weight.
It is recommended that you do strength training at least one day a week, but ideally 2 days a week with at least 48 hours between the 2 days.
