Are you short on time to exercise? Try the 20 Minute Power Walk Aerobics workout. It is a high energy fast pace at 150 beats per minute. The exercises are easy, safe and effective aerobics, walking and marching moves. Time will go by in no time.

It is recommended to exercise at least 20 minutes a day to help obtain and maintain physical fitness. What is by physical fitness? The ability to do everyday chores without a struggle.
It is also recommended that you do strength training at least one day a week but 2 days a week with 48 hours between each day is better.
By exercising regularly you you will enter into a state of wellness. That is your body soul and mind are working at optimum level. Great short power walk workout, I really liked the excellent stretch at the end. So many of the workouts I do online don't have such a thorough stretching routine. My 80 year old self thanks you. I'll look for more of your videos and add them to my daily workout lists.

Thank you so much for your sharing your thoughts. I still believe that stretching is a must do. There has been some discussion as to whether it was good at all over the years. But I am old school. Wednesday will be the day I will up load the short Power Walk Aerobics workouts.

Thank you for this video. I’ve done a few of your videos and I like this one the most. The reason why I like this video is that it is more consistent in count and movement. This video in a longer version would be fantastic.

I have been a subscriber since 2018 when I was recovering from a meniscus tear and needed exercises that accommodated my need to have low impact workouts. Love your energy and commitment to keeping fit; and helping to keep us fit. No surgery on my meniscus - the doctor said for what I had it was better to let it heal. But, of course, never going to have that knee back to 100% so I have to keep with low impact exercises. Shorter aerobic options are my go to when I am short of time but still want a great workout. THANK YOU! Keep them coming 😊💗
