For hand stands try keeping your ears tucked by your arms the whole time and when u kick up use ur fingers to push the found to keep you balanced

hey!! im an Acro trainer so thought I'd give you some advice on your handstands. Try going against a wall at first so you can focus on self correcting without falling- squeeze your gluts and point your toes- think of lifting up into your shoulders and keep looking at your fingers. Hope this helps!!! Love watching you.

Your handstands are great! Just squeeze your core and lower body a little more when you’re in it and it will help you with stability. Love your videos!!!

Awesome video! Do you recommend using two smaller weight dumbbells or one larger weight? For example with the DLs... two 20lbs or one 40 like you did?

I prefer one larger weight personally - but you can definitely use two smaller ones if that’s all you have access to!
