Thanks David! This workout can be done after a morning easy run, on a non running workout day. Or, can be done in a separate workout in the afternoon when a running workout is done the same morning. It depends how you recover from your workouts and your preference. Hope that helps!
Thanks! Yup, a short easy run would be a good idea. I would suggest you do this on a non running workout day OR as a second workout in the afternoon after a running workout in the am. It really depends on your schedule and time of year (race season or base building for example).
