Excellent video and workout. Thanks for explaining training core rotation and how it transfers to running efficiency. Never really thought about it like that but it just makes sense to me. Keep em coming!

Great exercises and workout. Please can you give some advice on when to perform these exercises, in a training week/plan?

Thanks David! This workout can be done after a morning easy run, on a non running workout day. Or, can be done in a separate workout in the afternoon when a running workout is done the same morning. It depends how you recover from your workouts and your preference. Hope that helps!

Great video and explanation. Would you recommend some sort of warm up 1st? Would you do this on a non run day?

Thanks! Yup, a short easy run would be a good idea. I would suggest you do this on a non running workout day OR as a second workout in the afternoon after a running workout in the am. It really depends on your schedule and time of year (race season or base building for example).
