Dumper vs Dumpee - The TRUTH on REJECTION (Podcast 868) 

I wanted to thank you again for the live the other day. It really helped. I feel a lot stronger and I feel even if he's back (you and one other person said you think he will be. Maybe he will maybe he won't but let's face it most men do come back...) but even if he is, I can't tolerate someone who thinks it's ok to leave me on read and ignore me for months on end. I left my phone (the one I used for him, I have two lol) at home and it's been such a weight off my mind to just not even think about it at all. I dread having to switch it on and then my heart dropping when I see he's still ignoring... but I have muted him. I can't bring myself to block. Firstly because secretly I pray he comes back begging pleading and apologising and saying he's made the biggest mistake of his life (lol as if he would ever do that) but secondly because I don't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing I was so upset that I snapped and blocked him. Anyway I pray that when my holiday is over and I have to get to the phone and start my humdrum life again, I won't fail myself. I haven't one cheeked to see any social media posts and I hope I keep up with that. I highly recommend people go on a holiday near to nature. Honestly it's soothed my soul and put things in perspective. Good luck everyone. We deserve someone who won't risk losing us. All he did was dump me and then breadcrumb me then dump me then breadcrumb me. He said, feelings are complicated. Well you know what's not complicated? Feeling like shit all the time. lol. goodbye. I pray this feeling of strength never leaves me.

I use linear landmines, it prevents the reach out. Hard to explain, since it deals with the context of the break up. Oh and also the ability to make them feel like you curse out a spell on them, but in reality it was their own doing.

Been a year after reconnecting 32 yrs later it was a amazing experience until it got toxic.
