Sweet sweet Dundrod, the jewel of Northern Ireland's road racing and home to the Ulster Grand Prix. A terrifying proposition for sportscars, but indeed it was run 5 times between 1950 and 1955 as the home of the RAC Tourist Trophy. Head to Head racing over a course not too dissimilar in feel to the Isle of Man. Fast, narrow and absolutely nothing to protect you. This is road racing at its purest definition and serves round number 4 of the Historic Road Racing Championship!
I am leading the points overall coming into this round, but with drop races to start factoring in things can change in an instant. It will be important to capitalize on my Pre Qualifying speed and come away with a good result here.

Great stuff, I am loving this series. Super difficult, great challenge, great driving to even get the checked flag. Thanks for keeping the live stream open post event, Jake. it's on late at night here in Australia, and it can take me a few sessions to eventually view it all. F1 raced here actually. They were non-points races called the Ulster Trophy (1950-1953). And while the main highway has been straightened and now bypasses it, the curved section with Leathemstown Bridge actually still exists. It's a gated dirt farm road with the stone bridge still intact (and visible on Google Street View from the nearby highway).

You and the other HRRC racers make these cars look easy to drive, my hat's off to you all. I spun up Rouen and a few 2, 3, and 5 liter cars and never felt like I was more than 50% in control of where the car went hahaha.

I think Oskari would have beaten Jake anyway. Jake said he lost an extra 15 seconds in the pits, and Oskari was 22 seconds in front afterwards, so Oskari would have had a 7 second lead anyway.
