It looked extremely deliberate. I admire your maturity in the control room, they'd have to measure my blood pressure in Richter scale if I were you. You're really, really good at this and I genuinely believe your first major success in a tournament of this scale is just around the corner. You got this.

I'm not an emotional guy but I would have had tears in my eyes for sure. This sport can be cruel, but when it does go your way, it makes up for all the bad times. Heads up you'll get them again.

That incident at the chicane was a mess and at least one of that team should’ve been penalised, its how you react in that kind of situation and to be honest you handled it extremely well “let’s keep racing”. Admittedly we as teams, organizers & individually realize what a great opportunity this is for those select few who get chosen, however Sim Racing as a whole is suffering due to the average to above average players that never see these opportunities. I just can't bring myself to watch 15-minute sprint races with GT3 cars around the same 4 tracks over and over and over again. Sim racing should be so much more than that.

That was some bs he should have never took the inside like that you had right of way he either should have backed out and just kept going or he should’ve just not even been that aggressive I mean he was riding up your right side acceding track limits this whole race at the end was bs this sucks

Since i like stewarding i need to put my opinion about the incident here :) From the limited angels it looks like you got a tiny bit sideways out of the chicane and the car behind then drives into you. Not sure i would judge it as a racing incident tho. The car behind can see that you are slow out of the chicane and still gives you barely enough room. So i would probably have judged it as a fault of the driver behind. But only a slap on the wrist since he left some room. Turned out not enough but its a high pressure situation and split second decision making. And just as expected when i saw the format drama came. Makes it more exiting but i still feel someone is always going to get shafted since there is a big factor of luck. I would prefer a simple points standing and not the finalist mode. But that would probably not produce enough drama for ESL and the more mainstream race fan. Best of luck for the next one!

Dude, I was so incensed over this. I vented my spleen on Twitter because I 100% believe you were deliberately taken out, but this was ignored by the stewards for a reason as yet unknown (maybe favouritism). I, and many like me, regard yourself as the actual 'First Ever Rennsport Champion'. You drove like a champion in an unfamiliar car on an unfamiliar racing sim. You have nothing left to prove for someone looking a proven race driver.

I'd become familiar with the concept, and reality, of Karma. What that price would have allowed you to do? Such thing requires some more effort to be conquered I guess...you're there though.

Damn audi team should get penalty, no questions here! First guy went overtrack another hit the back, both should get penalties no question here for me

To be honest I don't understand how they can say it was a race incident. You can clearly see that you are on the racing line and the audi swerves into you in the chicane and pushed you. The stewards can see the replay 100 times. For me it's just wasn't great for them to end the championship like this. This is why I don't watch F1 anymore, just a bunch of burocracy. By the way, congrats on all the other races, top driving.

Next time you come against cheap skates like that, you need to fight for every thing you deserve even if they try to say it's just a racing incident. But you're the real champ, not a pair of audi driving cheaters who k ew what they were doing...clearly.
