Auntie Liew and Susan, thanks for sharing your Durian Cheese Cake, next time, pour some hot water into a tall jar or tall glass, dip the knife in the hot water, wipe dry and cut the cheese cake. Have to repeat it each time you cut the cheese cake, otherwise it will look dirty on the second cut. I learn from the hard way as my friend refused to teach me as she learnt it from her nephew who was working in a Cafe, not the owner. Rebecca , u have a correct attitude. The knife to be dipped in hot water is not something new. Our Colonial Days British Home Science teacher always stressed on this even when slicing plain butter cake. Why so selfish?. Thank you for sharing with those viewers who have no.idea of it.
