Dutch Oven Pineapple Upsidedown Campfire Cake Recipe 

Delicious recipe for home or out in the woods camping. It's easy to make and incredibly delicious.
Recipe:
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice (from the can)
Pineapple slices
Maraschino cherries (optional)
