Full adopted siblings too, it happens more because the siblings are in eachothers age range and they do report a sort of instant connection. Genetic attraction isn't that easily dismissed when parents fall in love with their child and that child with them after reuniting as adults. Something that has no reason of happening without that factor. I didn't grow up with my father and certainly wasn't attracted to him but I do know he felt the way my mother felt. Without any positive associations or feelings about it I think that's not a factor science can figure out yet.
