The cam is the difference along with the weight. And i think they are concerned with quality and not price. Like sonor drums. Mr Link of Sonor says he isn't worried about being competitively priced. He only offers quality and he says that people who want quality will pay for quality.
Basically the only difference i see from the 7000 and the 9000 is the color, which makes a huge difference and i think the only other difference, like the other guy commented **"the wide girth part".... or wait is that my stick companies name?! No that's Vic Gurth" , wait no or my fav country music singer Girth Broookz?! Im confused i think thats the only difference really.....papa smurf?! Did u also know that dave lombardo is twin brothers with vince lombardi?! Facts indeed, i mean fax machine... 💯 my fav car company tho is the Lombardini poontage. Its basically a pacer wagon without the truck part....any other drumming questions?! If so text me now ill possibly be busy being a genius.... 😀😃😄😁
@@robertgramley8383 Hey nice video presentation of the 9000 series hi hat, however the short rod it is not even close to 4 feet long, take it out and measure it again bud, I have it right here and it is 21 inches which is 1 feet and 9 inches FYI, it may even be the long rod, not sure, otherwise the video is spot on, nice quality hardware many love.
@@dokydukic yeah thought so too but thing is even with the long rod overall height is about 3 feet, I am sure DW makes an extra long rod for giant drummers out there😊
