[DWPoop] Fear Her - Part One 

In this alternate reality, the Doctor and Rose arrive in the near future - which is actually the past, and for no reason whatsoever. However - all is not what they expected, even though they didn't expect anything anyway. The residents of Nuts Close have gone bonkers - Chloe Webber has magical drawing powers - and the Doctor doesn't care. Will this Doctor's hatred for children overpower his desire to take advantage of situations to turn a quick profit? Will someone put an end to his carnage? Will normality be restored? Probably not.
