Great work, I dipped my leather in coffee for like overnight and got the perfect color I wanted but as the leather dried it became too hard like a cardboard. Any idea how to prevent that ??

Cool..if you wanna go a lil darker you can go half coffee half tobacco..tabacco has a better effect than coffee..also add a teaspoon of at least 90 percent alcohol and the dyed leather will be dyed longer and richer..
