I just tried the update & i have to say Good Job Techland. You guys just made this game even better than before. The moment you enter in the game after the update you will notice how much it has changed. Thank you Techland on behalf of the Community.

Imagine spending hours leveling yourself up to be OP only for the enemies to level up with you 💀 this was my most anticipated game for the year…..I wouldn’t say I was disappointed, but I was definitely unsatisfied.

Bro.. The night time in this game is SHIT compared to the first one!! Really suck to see the tension and fear going down cause of the wrong decision that they made in changing the design and lighting since first E3 appearance of the game which I loved so much. 😑

After beating DL2 side quests & all I ended up purchasing the 2015 title to hold me over until this NG+ released. Ended up beating it and all the side quests the other day & the countless times I’ve seen things that I wished it’s predecessor had now partly has. These next few years are going to be a real treat, with love from Techland. You guys are the best

I'm glad New Game Plus is finally here but I wish the enemies scaling with your level would be optional. Totally breaks the power fantasy. Some of us don't necessarily want a challenge, we just want to chill and have a good time.

It really brings back memories from the first dying light... I am stunned by how great dying light 2 is. I don't care when i finish the game i will play it like a 1000 more times becaus of how much i love it. Thank you Techland for this amazing game

Been waiting on the new update and all I could say is that Techland knows their thing! Those changes bring quite massive adjustments and improvements to the game, it gets better and better and I love it!

Can you guys please bring back DL1 combat animations? Like the weapon swinging and how the character would hold the weapons? DL1 combat feels so much better

Techland never disappoints

They can really make this game even better. I was thinking of making a dungeon type of game mode. Enter a large building and keep going down levels as it gets harder and harder with better rewards.

Been checking twitter every single day for this, very excited to explore the city again and the volatiles at night is an amazing addition!

I wish we were able to keep the gear from previous play throughs into a new session. I get why it isn’t an option, but it would be fun to break the flow of the game a little bit to be able to grapple and paraglide right from the beginning.

I love the game. My friends also do and we've been playing CO-OP. I have a question about this update. What if some people do not want to play new game +, they will never get the new stuff that you have added in new game + only? My friends don't want to play the game all over again and I don't really want to play solo but we are feeling left out of the new stuff that is only available in new game +

Love how techland updates DL1/2 as well! This is a really good feature especially for ppl who already finished the story but also want to re-do choices or something but easier

my only complaint is losing the grappling hook and paraglider in NG+. i understand why for narrative purposes but considering the way you unlock both is the same regardless of choices, for NG+ i really wish that didn't mean needing to get halfway though the central loop before getting the grappling hook again :/

Any chances there'll be an fov slider for console soon? I just love the feel of a high fov.

The game feels so much smoother now, you guys really did a great job fixing things up, hers sometime I will bug or faces won’t load in proper but I’m on a ps4, still makes me feel like I’m in ps5 sometimes with these fixes

Awesome, I went PK before and I really wanted to side with the Survivors this time around. I don't care what anyone says about the game score, this was an EXCELLLENT title and I almost never play a again after getting my Platinum, but I will gladly go back to experience the other side of the story. Thanks Techland!

techland if you see this i just wanna say i have played many open world campaigns and this is by far the best the opend world aspects the freedom the sidequest just amazing so original and now youv gone and made it better great work!

I love this update i can finally go back playing the game when I started playing they finally fix the endgame loot you can orange crystals and level 9 Gear from already over Inhibitors boxes and the legendary Renegades and the legendary infected spwan more now

Been waiting for this, had audio issues at launch and it killed my first play though, also now I can get my PK Crossbow.

I respect tech land because they as far as i know are the only gaming company that listens to what the people want

I remember when it first came out people were like it's great but the night runs. Update came and fixed that. Now, dangerous nights?! Techland always listens.

So if someone finishes the campaign with me on coop do they also get the new game plus? Because my buddy has hit a game halting bug on his where he can’t advance the story anymore. Would be a great solution to his problem

So glad volatiles are now randomly spawned at night along those parkour banshees. Thank you Techland for hearing this subject to those playing night time nightmare runs.

Y’all need to add the legendary level up system. If you guys read my other comments on other videos you’d know that the level cap needs to be 18 and for anyone that’s on higher levels and or having legendary perk system and for when the dlcs come out cuz everyone is gonna be capped out. To fix any issues you should just make the game harder after reaching level nine cuz the stats on the gear is already helpful enough. It’ll probably help prevent bugs from how the game already is but you wouldn’t want your game to go stale when you release dlcs when people cannot level up or use the legendary perk system for putting all those hours in. I have about 110 hours in my game and I’m about to reach level nine and just thinking that I can’t level up anymore is a massive bummer. Making the game harder for those that have put the time and effort in to get to level nine should make it a nice balance of overpowered slaughter and scary fun trying not to die and stay human. This game has so much potential to be the best. There needs to be more quality of life changes too, by that I mean maybe work on the npcs and if you decide to randomly kill someone there will be a bounty hunter on you if there’s a witness 🤷‍♂️ also more voice lines so you don’t hear the same thing each time you visit an area. I mean my dudes this is a massive game. Make more buildings accessible I guess you could add a hive or two ;). Also the subway tunnels, wouldn’t you think there are other ways to get in there maybe one that was shutdown and do something like fight a boss? There is so much space in the central loop. This is just a thought but maybe have an npc come help you like besides reviving you I mean follow you and depending on what npc, you do something for them or give them something they need and they will help you with whatever for a certain amount of time I guess. It would help if you got nobody to help you with something and if they die they die. It’s your fault they died and that’s what dying light is sometimes

It’s missing something! If I get a weapon I really like… I want to be able to repair it!

I'm so happy they're adding this. This game was.defisbtlwy missing a lot, so it's nice to see that they're fixing it. I just wish they would admit they skimped on things that were originally in the first game. But, a good game expirence is just exactly that. I'm glad they're fixing it.

Y’all need to fix the game me and my mate play co-op together and we cant watch cutscene’s from side quests. Whenever we complete side quests the member that joined the host can’t see the npc talk when we finish a quest, it’s just a blank screen. Anyone else having this issue I think it’s just only us…

Just reminding you that the NG+ do not start from the start instead you start from the Bazaar missions.

There is a glitch when you start a new game plus where it starts you off at the beginning mission and spike isn’t there so you are basically stuck there cause the volatile doesn’t spawn and cue the cutscene

It's nice to have devs that actually listen to the player base

I really love Dying light 2, I completed the story 3 times in all difficulties, but I think this game is done for me. Please bring the active developing back to Dying Light 1 like the events and stuff.

Enemies scale with your level: Shows adien dropkicking and destroying enemies.. But when I play .. it takes 2-3 stomps/dropkicks to kill someone's. Lvl scaling would be good if I didn't include stomp/dropkick, etc. They should all remain one hit kills because it really breaks the immersion when you stomp someone's head or dropkick them 20 meters but they still get up and keep fighting...

Will we be able to go back to the prologue area after completing pilgrims path? I really wanna go back there

This game feels way better now. Just more stuff going on in the world. It’s fun. Seeing more flares, more trophy zombies, more activity. You don’t feel bored or n a big world. Loving it better the second time around.

Hello Techland, after latest update i can notice about few issues, like the chase at night very often starts without contact with the howler, while running on the rooftops, suddenly I have a chase for no reason, sometimes enemies like robbers, infected, disappear from sight, but still make noises, legendary enemies like bandits (renegades) spawn without reward (chests), rewards from quests on new game plus its not on level 9, sometimes gear from chestes found in GRe hospitals, or anomaly, or airdrops its still on level 5, so this is issues what i find in my game. And now i wanna say about disappointments, i very count on new game plus on new skills tree,(someting like legends skill tree, like in dlc The Following) becouse if i have from first play all skils parkour and combat on max level, so i don"t feel pleasure from fighting with enemies, and doing quests, (some side quests its very boring, and stupid :) and why new quest from new update " there was something big here"" its simple killing new type goons, without any mysteries, like from where its they come from, any experiments, and who doing this, so please give us something intresting !!!
