Dylan struggles to come to terms with the truth after Norma reveals the true identity of his father.

Because he’s the only one made up specifically for the show Norman had a brother in the original book series so I don’t know why they made a brand new character for that but fuck it I’ll just put both brothers in my head cannon

The Norman's brother aopears on the book "Psycho sanitaryum that esa nota written yet when this serie went into production(The series premiered on 2013 and the book was published on 2016). An in The novel The brother is a twin one and he has a deranged personality It coudn't be The "normal" member of the family as Dylan was

he is not realy normal and he has his flaws too, he was grown up separated from his mother, unlike his brother who was abused by his mother and watching her being raped and abused for years.

Who showed she preferred if Norman only exist3d, than him bc he was a product of inc3st (allegedly) As it is shown Norma is manipulative and would lie to avoid responsibility. And we it opened up more in later seasons. Dylan didn’t owe respect to someone who didn’t respect him, nor did he owe belief to a pathological liar

Well his mother was raped by her own brother. It's not fair for norma too. Norma may have not given dylan the attention and love that norman received, but the fact she still kept him, even though he was fathered by her own brother, tells me that norma loved dylan.
