Syntha is probably the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried. I mix it with almond milk and frozen fruit and I swear it taste damn close to a real milkshake. I honestly look forward to my shakes 😂.
So you drink 3 in one day? I was taking Iso100 but i notice is getting me too slim and i want to get some mass, maybe ill take both shakes aswell cause i did notice iso100 cuts me.
I blend mine with walnut halves, pecan nuts, pumpkin seeds, a banana and skimmed milk. I'll take one amino acid tablet and two creatine tablets with it... it's a great protein punch for the mornings. ISO 100 is probable the best protein supplement I've ever come across and I've been taking protein supplements since the early 90's, so I know my shit lol.
Dymatise is clearly better ...all that blend stuff isnt good .. the less ingredients the better... which means less fillers...a competitor told me this
It means it’s healthier but not necessarily better. Just because something is more minimal does not make it more affective, synths six has a lot more vitamins and I supposed to be used as a meal replacement so its really not even more calories
@@audiandc2295 no its not just you ..what you said is what is does.. cos ive tried alot of supps and dymatize iso 100 is cleaner .. syntha 6 has a lot of sugar you might aswell buy a vanilla milkshake from mcdonalds
Ive gone through a good 35-40lbs of Syntha-6 since february for my weight gainer shakes I make. By far best tasting protein and more affordable than most.
Generally protein powders don’t have banned substances. I’ve always had great results with BSNs syntha6 I’ve tried ongold standard and core whey but somehow syntha6 always kept me going
Syntha 6 is full of low quality protein. This isn't even close to being close. Iso 100 has less calories, same taste, better protein quality, more protein per serving, less allergenic, absorbs faster ,dissolves better and all while having a smaller scoop size. The only place the other one wins in is price. Weird comparison. Kinda like comparing a supra to a civic.
Sam's Club; which is where I always buy my Dymatize (all flavors 3.88lb tub) is currently on sale for $34.98 ($39.98 reg. price) which is roughly $.69 cents per serving (including tax)....significantly lower than what he is saying.
Go for Allmax Isoflex, nutrabio isolate, and evogen isoject all have 0 soy... syntha 6 is crap to many ingredients cheapest protein concentrate... syntha 6 is more for mass gainer
Its not really fair to compare a blend category protien (syntha6) vs a pure isolate protien (dymatize iso100) so use the syntha6 isolate in this versus test to make it fair)
I have taken all three of them. I had my gallbladder removed two years ago so I have to watch out for what I eat. In order of better for a weak stomach like mine, I would suggest ISO100 > gold standard > Syntha-6. I can definitely feel the hit to my stomach after transferring from iso100 to Syntha-6.
@@orlandoa.4995 yeah...I have a weak stomach so my stomach was really thankful for buying ISO100 but my wallet took the hit for me lol but totally worth it. I suggest you get the Cookies and Cream one.
Syntha 6 has less than 60% protein thats junk fillers ... u dont know how to read labels lol.. crap protein and less servings... gold standard whey is not lactose free since contains concentrate not pure isolate and has less than 80% protein... lol... go for rule 1 isolate/ allmax isoflex and nutrabio for the purest isolate that doesnt have concentrate... thats much better for your stomach issues
