Baseline to half court High knees - 2x8 Hamstring stretch (knee to chest) - 2x6 Hip stretch - 2x6 Body twist - 25 sec sets Arm swings - 20 sec sets Alternating side lunges - 2x5 3 way hip - 15 reps per part per leg Static stretches Quad stretches - 2 sets of 30 secs Lunge hold - 2 sets of 30 secs Sitting pigeon stretch - 2 sets of 30 secs Standing pigeon stretch - 2 sets of 30 secs

I wouldn't do all of them. I personally just do about 2-3 exercises

Don’t forget hamstring stretch, just use a towel and lay down, put it on your foot and pull it up keep your leg straight 40 seconds each
