Well done! I don’t see anyone in any of my groups do dynamic warm ups for pickleball. They look at me like I’m extra, crazy, or both. Essential for any sport!

Awesome video! This warm-up routine is definitely an elite way to get a player's body prepped for intense Pickleball gameplay. Rec players (Young & old) don't stretch all areas of the muscles enough. In my opinion, if I don't see people doing stretches on this level during tournament play, they're not elevating themselves to being "dynamic". Thanks for showcasing what a world-class athlete does to be prepared!

I’m curious if you do any specific stretches for certain areas of the body? (Not necessarily before a match)(shoulders, hamstrings, hands, etc..)Thanks for this video. I do believe it’s important to warm up before any activity. Good luck in Atlanta.

Great exercises! Do you need to play immediately after warmup? Or will you stay warmed-up enough for a while? Say 15-20 minutes after doing the exercises?

You probably want to go right into exercise following your warm up…..you wouldn’t want to stand there for 15-20 minutes and get “cold”.
