Clearly you aren't paying attention! They do put internal! However you have to extent external. Think of it like braces. They constantly need to be adjusted. Plus the external gets removed eventually when the goal is met.

People just genuinely treat taller people different, the clothes fit better, they look more aesthetic, people most of the time just respect them (due to them being perceived as stronger) don’t let me start on dating, just the fact that its a major big point in dating to the point women just treat you like an actual human being is a big point. I have seen it first hand how my taller playboy friends get away with being the biggest assholes meanwhile women are doing everything to please them but treat regular guys like crap 🤷‍♂️ I really get it.

True be told we all have insecurities but that’s what makes us different. Just have to learn to embrace and love you for who you are . A couple years ago I would gladly switch places with this guy ; trade him my height for his hair lol . Ive learned to love myself and accept who I am . Military huh? I was in the Marine Corps and there is a few guys from my unit that are double and triple amputees from getting blown up in Afghanistan. There isn't much left for them to grow. I think that this dude is weird and... no I don't think the VA should offer this. He pay with his own insurance, or out of pocket or whatever. There's guys who are snapped up really bad from ruck marches and you're talking about we should get this height bs. You know what they have at the VA for this confidence problem? It's called mental health treatment. VA isn't gonna damage your body so that you can't stand A LITTLE taller. being taller really does not help as much as people think.

They're sawing your bones and splitting them. What do you think. I've broken 7 bones all at the same time. I still feel the difference 5 years later. Imagine whay they will feel when they are 70 years old.

The lengths we will go to, just to be able to love ourselves. I cant imagine the greater impact at play here that isnt really spoken about, will he be able to jump or run without discomfort ?
