HE DID IT! I'M SO PROUD OF HIM!!! This makes me want to eat here. If I'm ever in Bangor again, I'll be sure to look out for this place. Even if the food is crap, I gotta do it for the ol' man!
I live near Portland but I've never seen this place. Maybe I have the same problem as some pore German guy who flew from Munich to Portland via New York. He could not find his friends, and when he called he discover that his friends had been very worried about him. You see, at the time he said his flight would arrive in Portland his friends drove to the airport to pick him up, but he never showed up. They parked and went inside but could not find his flight number on the arrival boards. They went to talk to people at the airline and discovered that his flight was not going to Portland, Maine. It was headed for Portland, Oregon. And there was nothing they could do about it. The flight was already en-route and would not arrive in Portland for another 4 hours. All they could do was wait. The airline was kind enough to arrange for him to fly back to the other Portland, but they could do nothing about the long 12 hour detour.
