I had a very severe case of Dyshidrosis and can say that stress/ mental health played a huge role in it. I had very severe ekzema on both hand and feet and even had to kake cortisone internally. For me it was definetely a huge warning that my soul wanted me to tell something and i can encourage everyone to consider psychological issues when treating Dyshidrosis
So how did you got rid of your dyshidrosis? Did you do past life regression or energy works? I got rid of mine by accident as I was suffering from hair loss and was told to take biotin/supplement . It went away after 3 weeks
Yo please tell me more, I swear I wasn’t trippin I have bad stress and anxiety and can feel it in my head when I’m not stressed or have very few moments when my fingers clear my heads clear when I get a breakout my head tingles all the time and I stress and have panic attacks I knew it wasn’t a coincidence please reach back out if you’ve figured this out
my best friend who i have been with for literally 5 frickin years just broke up with me. Firts of all, WE WERE A TRIO. NOW THEYRE A DUO. THEY DID IT LITERALLY BEFORE THE ANNIVERSARY AND MY BIRTHDAY. AND THE BEST FRIEND IM TALKING ABOUT LITERALLY WENT TO CAMP WITH ME AND WE WERE HAPPY AND I LITETALLY MISS THE CAMP. the only friend i can believe and trust is LITERALLY MY GROWN UP BROTHERS WHICH ARE ALWAYS AWAY.
I have been having severe breakouts since years and I can safely say that this eczema has been the most painful and frustrating experience, I’ve ever made. It stopped me from doing basically everything - From washing my face in the morning to tying my shoes and opening water bottles. I was completely handicapped. The worst part is that the additional stress on top of the stress that caused the eczema, continued to make it worse… It really is an endless curse!
I can relate to you. I have got this about 2 years, sometimes healing and again becoming worse. I'm sure the majority of my stress is caused by this eczema. Hope you recover soon 🙏 ❤.
it really is frustrating, i feel ashamed to put my hands out now and i always keep them to myself this is the first time ive had it on my hands and it has been less than a week im really scared for if it doesnt go i really hope it does its so hard to open bottles because it causes this odd burning sensation 😭😭
Some tips coming from someone who has dealt with this on my hands for years: To provide temporary relief from itching, hold hands under hot water, but make sure to moisturize immediately after I’m allergic to a lot of animals, so I’ve found that petting something I’m allergic to causes flare ups on my hands Steroid creams and ointments are really the only thing that truly cleared it up for me, but CeraVe makes an itch relief lotion that is a nice over the counter option. Soaking hands in warm water with epsom salt is a good way to help heal the skin, but make sure you have no open cuts or sores on your hands while doing this (painful, quite literally salt in the wound) make sure to moisturize after this as well I hope this helps anyone who is struggling with this, I understand the pain.
@@johanahbabiera4336 Having less stress is the only thing that got rid of it. I still get flair ups on rare occasion when times are particularly stressful. I know your pain my friend, I truly do.
@@Narsuaq we can't avoid being stress though, that's so sad. However, I was able to go it away by using some ointment but it keeps coming back. Though I guess it's better than nothing. Thank you!
Me too, went to the pharmacy and take a counseling, i show them my itchy hands and they gave me dexamethasone. Drank the pill and the next day the itchy gone. But it goes back again everytime i feel pressed, so hmmm
I have had some luck with putting tea tree oil on a Qtip and rubbing it on the blisters, then wrapping them fairly tight with bandages. Changing them out every 4-6 hours, until the blisters go away. I’ve been doing that for the last 5 years or so. What seems to make the biggest difference is getting the blisters bandaged up as soon as I feel them coming on. If I don’t do that or wait too long, they definitely get much larger and more painful.
I have it but it is just a bubble it isnt itchy or any bad thing....huh pure luck and its in the side of my thumb so its cute to see that bubble so nothing serious for me
I'm a mechanic and just developed this during the horrible heatwave we are having right now. It's all over my hands and in-between fingers. I think it's from the heat, stress of my job and having my hands soaking in sweat while working all day with latex gloves. I had something similar many years ago between my toes which was a total nightmare. I personally think stress is my biggest culprit for this issue, specifically stress in a hot environment.
It sounds like you're dealing with a tough situation, especially with the heat and the demands of your job. Dyshidrosis can indeed be triggered by stress, heat, and prolonged moisture exposure, like from wearing latex gloves all day. Managing stress, staying cool, and trying to keep your hands dry when possible might help alleviate the symptoms. If the condition persists or worsens, it might be worth consulting a dermatologist for advice on treatment options, such as topical steroids or other therapies that can provide relief. Taking care of your hands, especially in such challenging conditions, is important.
I usually have them on the sides of my thumbs and 2nd finger. Based on past experience, i strongly advise not to burst the blisters no matter how itchy they are but rather just ignore them and they will be gone in a week.
Try taking biotin...I suffered from this issue on my 5 fingers for over 30 years ... recently, I did a systemic analysis and was told I body was low on biotin. Lack of biotin causes excessive hair loss , skin and nail issues. In my case I suffers from excessive hair loss... hence I started taking biotin 10,000mg for 3 weeks ago. Low and behold after 2 and half weeks my dishidrosis went away too.
I agree with this, everytime my finger got blisters I just ignore them and don't touch them so it will not get more itchy than it is. They just disappear, but then kept coming back after some weeks. It's better than nothing I think
I just started dealing with this type of eczema. It has taken over my right pinky. To help i took a cloth glove and cut out the fingers. I always keep my pinky covered using the finger cut outs and I put Vaseline on my pinky before putting it in the finger glove. This helps keep it moisturized and not dry and peeling. It also deters me from scratching it
I currently have this. It's the first time i've had dyshidrosis. It's extremely severe and incredibly painful. I've gor blisters on every finger and there's a big range in severety. The skin on my Fingers is Peeling off and It's so cracked that it just hurts moving them. My parents refused to see a doctor about this for a month. I can barely do anything myself right now, It's a miracle i can still get dressed. I'm wearing bandages around my Fingers 99% of the time because its that Bad. Its just so painful and I don't know what to do anymore.
I use one Alerid allergy tablet every other day. Twice a day dip your fingers and hands in hot water to the touch an immediately in cold water until the hot water get warm .do this twice a day or more this treatment is immediate effect you will be surprised how this works. Then use your cortisone cream also I mix liquid paraffin with my skin cream for moisturizing. Wear clear plastic gloves after. The kind they use for dying hair on top of the clear gloves wear cloth gloves. Do this day an night. Mind you the hot an cold water treatment is the key to this 🙏
I started exhibiting symptoms in early 2021. I was overcome with stress as my Father had a massive stroke caused by Covid, whilst also dying from Bone Marrow Cancer. It was really bad at first. It even spread to my wrists and arms. I thought it was a Covid rash but it never really went away. I still carry a lot of stress as I work in Healthcare and my father also passed away just before Christmas last year. I still get bubbles though it's not as bad as it was in the beginning but it's to the point where I am very self conscious about my hands. I started to wonder if it was an allergy to the gloves I was using at work, and the hand sanitizer ingredients at my job. I do think it plays a part in it due to the supply issues and company's using different ingredients in things. But I also noticed that it gets worse when I eat gluten. Breads, pastas, anything like that. When I tried to do an elimination diet it got a little better. For me, I think a gluten sensitivity plays a part in it, and my everyday stress is also a trigger for it. But there's just something else that I think I'm missing. For now I just use Aquaphor with hydrocortisone and it helps with the itching. I try not to take antihistamines orally unless it gets really bad. The key really is to keep it clean and don't scratch otherwise you'll get a secondary infection which will make it so much worse, especially if your fingernails are not short and clean as you may be introducing a staph infection like MRSA into your body. Sometimes I just slather Neosporin for pain/itch/scar like regular lotion if it's really bad to kill anything that might get inside any of the wounds and manage the pain. It really is a curse. I remember nights where I would cry because the pain and the itch were so intense. I still don't do things I normally would do like cook and wash dishes. I work with my hands for my job and when I get home, I spend the rest of the day just tending to them because they are so sensitive to anything now. I wish it would just go away. :(
I understand dear. I work as a healthcare too. I got it 2 years ago. Everybody is asking and judging about my hands and I am so embarrassed by it. I cannot help around the house. The only thing that can help sooth it just this mometason cream. But it keeps coming back. So I am study again about leak gut syndrome.
I’ve had this condition on my right ring finger for over 7 months… it almost goes away and then flares up again. Not sure why I can’t get rid of it. Causes pain and doesn’t look nice when it’s super bad. Wish there was a cure for this chronic disease.
Apparently it’s a chronic long term condition. Meaning it can last years or a lifetime. It is often reoccurring. I have it as well and it sucks. It stopped for 2 years and suddenly came back again 😭
But it's not as bad as cancer right? I mean it's just affect the physical appearance and not the life expectation right? Someone please let me know i have anxiety rn 😵
I’ve had a long term case of it, current outbreak has been there for over 2 years no matter what I use. Before that even when it would go away, it would only be gone for a few weeks tops 😭 I’ve had times when it would be so be so dry after the blisters went that my skin would split deep enough to see other tissue 🥲 guess I’m just glad it’s not on my feet as well, that would be complete hell
Have u tried aveeno hand cream intense moisture. Use it every now n then. I have this issue but when I started using this cream it helped a lot but I get few blisters if I stop using it.
I have the same issue. Have had it going on 2 years as well. However I don't by the stress aspect in my case. I was under federal investigation for 2 years , did 5 in federal prison and never developed this condition. Another site says certain cigarette ingredients can cause this issue.
I used band aids to wrap each finger it helped me from scratching it and aided in the healing process , avoid scratching or rubbing it will worsen the condition and when I noticed my fingers were starting to itch I’d run hot water on my hands for about half a minute good luck I wish you all the best
I just started developing this on my right hand on my fingers. My allergies have been severe this season and ive notice my hand flaring up with little blsiters.
I get this form of eczema on my hands and feet during summer, at least once a year, it’s itchy and annoying, but I’ve found ways around it, steroid creams soap free washes and moisturising every time I get wet hands and it goes away after a week
Mine aren't too itchy and usually only small clusters (rarely show up too, maybe a few times a year, usually when I do a lot of hiking (and sweating)), compared to others I feel very, very lucky.
i cant not stress i have anxiety & my skin used to be so soft when i was younger now it’s terrible because so many things are wrong with my skin due to stress
I have been experiencing dyshidrotic eczema for last 20 days. It's horrible! After trying different ointments and blood purifiers with little or no effect, yesterday I soaked 10 pieces of dried Indian Rennet, a handful of dried bitter apple skin, a handful of dried plums and a handful of tamarind in 4.5 glass water for 4 to 5 hours. I drank 2 big mugs of this water in the evening on empty stomach. It gave me unbearable colic pain and severe diarrhoea for 3 hours. I drank 2 big mugs of that water on empty stomach in the morning. It gave me bearable colic pain with a little diarrhea for only half an hour. 80 percent of blisters have died already. I hope to get rid of it in next two days. Actually, my brother had experienced it a few years ago in feet. He told me to drink fenugreek soaked in water overnight. As I had severe symptoms and my hands were badly itchy, burning, covered in blisters, I decided to take a stronger cure. It is working miraculously. I will share updates in a few days.
@SairaBano-TCHRBGWTC It’s great to hear that you’re finding some relief from dyshidrotic eczema with your treatment. Traditional remedies like the one you used can sometimes provide benefits, but it’s important to be cautious with home treatments, especially if they cause severe side effects like colic pain and diarrhea. Make sure to stay hydrated and monitor your symptoms closely. It might also be helpful to consult with a healthcare professional about your treatment to ensure it’s safe and effective for your specific condition. Keep us updated on your progress!
It appears during summer time when temperatures surpass 30°C. The doc I visited said that dishydrosis is a symptom of a very dry skin - the opposite of hyperhydrosis. She prescribed me corticosteroid cream at 1st which helped 1st time, but next time it didn't. So she gave me a simple hand moisturizer only. Last 2 years I used the creams and barely had any blisters. I have very dry palms like I can't even open a brand new plastic bag bcos it slips through my fingertips. Lol. Even during hot season I don't have wet palms unless I'm holding an object. This summer I thought I'd get away with it by just using any hand cream but it seems it doesn't help much. Still mild state but on my right index finger the skin is rough and peeling. And no sign of dishydrosis throughout the rest of the year except during summer and at certain temperatures. Idk anymore

January 2021 I got this crap on the bottom of the palm of my hands. It’s been spreading and now I’ve had it all over the palms of my hands for over a year. The only thing that has changed in that years time is I got 3 dogs. I have this crap constantly. I just clicked on this video bc I popped one of the blisters, big mistake, it’s itching way more since I did that. I can’t help but think it’s from the dogs I got.
I’m curious, how did everyone get “diagnosed” with dishydrosis? Because I have all the symptoms but my doctors have never mentioned dishydrosis, they don’t seem to know what it is.
So I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I have all the symptoms but my doctor have always only treated me for general eczema never a mention of Dyshydrosis! Glad to put a name to this itchy monster 😭
Mine isn't itching or hurting maybe you got a skin condition because mine had to have come up due to stress since I stressed so much yesterday I had a panic attack and today my hands and feet are covered
I stoped using products that have sulfate I’ve noticed a big difference especially bath and body works hand soaps and body wash try using products that have no sent in them. I put healing ointment on my hands and feet straight out of the shower your body takes in moisture when it’s wet still and a antioxidant oil
Testimony in statistics is no proof. They would need to make several tests to confirm or deny. In my experience, I didn't got it from anyone: Im a social distance expert before the pandemic xD
Exactly ive never experienced this until I rescued a stray dog infested with fleas. I shaved his fur down and the next day had what i thought was hives. The inflammation went away after 5 weeks for almost 7 month. Now its been over a year and i get reoccurring blisters. Once they heal a week or 2 later there are more. Weird I believe this also was a contagion.

I really don't know if is or what. Mine has little tiny bubbles inner skin on my index finger, they don't pop up. If I keep pressing to make it pop up and pop small water comes out. Within a minute starts to sting like a needle. If I don't bother them. They slowly start to vanish but some how one stays behind then multiple comes back only in the index finger no where else. Doesn't itch instead feels like bites or needles randomly. This all happened during the time my dad was hospitalized due to COVID. I was stressed, little sleep, running small business, while handling paperwork from his job making calls through the insurance and HR. Thank God he survived. Then I had few clients that left because I was getting behind. My business margins was dropping. Every night I pray to god to help me. Worried my parents could of loose their home. Now my dad is receiving insurance disability, waiting on government disability to be approved. Am I still worried? Yes because he gets paid few amount that only covers home mortgage. On top the doctor says he can go back to work. I told him "noooo plus you've said he can't used any aerosols cleaning". Doc responded " he can work in somewhere else doesn't required". I told him "he is 62 come on really?? Entire life that is his skill cleaning, he doesn't have the funds to study at all plus he depends on disability to come doc appointment and pay his home mortgage, school ain't cheap now days, plus 62, the only thing he has left is breath and live, plus age and his health conditions where he will be accepted? Now days are hiring young people or kids not an elderly with conditions just let him breathe and live". That stressed me more while waiting on the government disability acceptance.
When I was a freshman in high school was the first time I broke out with dyshidrosis. It is not 50 years later and I still have a form of it. When I was a teen the watery blisters were so large and so horrible I had to wear white gloves everywhere because it was so ugly and would just break open. The water blisters even went through my finger nails. I have dealt with it ever since, but not as bad, but it does seem to be getting worse as of late... and my life is less stressful because I am retired. My hands have always sweated terribly. If I get a little warm, my hand sweat so bad I just push the sweat off my hand. Don't know if it is connected. Over the years my skin seems to have harden and the break outs are not as bad, and nut in clusters like before. Now it is a blister under hard skin that is a lump. Still itches like crazy. Oh by the way, I found that putting lotions or creams seem to make my hands sweat worse and also the break out. I wish there was a cure. I wish I can just stop the itch.
I'm pregnant and I just got this like three weeks ago and it's not just on my palms and feet it's going on top of my hand and up my legs and my stomach it is like ants are constantly biting me I don't know what to do I haven't seen the dermatologist The only thing that helps is warm baths but I guess I heard only cold compresses are good I started using a mix of apple cider vinegar coconut oil and chamomile tea made it into ice cubes it helps for the meantime but at night let's just say I'm up

It's the worse & to top it all off I don't have medical insurance & can't afford a dermatologist or skin biopsy, but I've been to dermatologists in the past when I did have coverage all they gave me was ointments that didn't help much .pompholyx & eczema have been a struggle my whole life, I rarely have clear skin on my hands bc of this awful condition/disease.
I only got this as one little bump on my pointer finger. Then, it spread and took over my whole finger..it looks like my finger is dying and now I have it on 5 fingers, including my ring finger which currently has 23 blisters on it.
This popped on my hands and then my legs after I bought a collectible coin although mine isn't fluid-filled it is irritating to see, it makes my palms all leathery like which is a bonus for working out so not all that bad I guess. I am in my 3rd-week lets see if it goes entirely after next week.
I got one on my foot and i rubbed it on the edge of my wall every single time it gets itchy and the day after that it was filled with this fluid *(WARNING WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY MAY BE DISGUSTING SO IF YOU'RE EATING DON'T READ)* And when it got bigger i popped it with anything sharp i could find and the fluid came out
I can say it's not allergies... I am 36 and have just started my breakout now 🙃 Also noticed on my dominant hand more than other feet too. I hate washing my face or even taking showers or baths I find that I stay away from water more now than ever. It burns there is a cream not Steroids its for people I believe with different colored skin. Super strong and stops the itchy and seems to clear it up within a few days... but lord if I don't apply it Regularly. It's also super expensive had to fight with insurance. Opzelura
Just tell me one thing, guys..does it have to get WORSE in order to get better? This is the 2nd time I've had this. First time, I stupidly was spraying perfume on my hands, rubbing them together and tapping on my clothes. Years later, I lightly sprayed my wrists so that the smell would last on my body more. And then the eczema started forming. I have long since stopped and yet...its now gotten so bad, it hurts to make a fist, hold things and even open a water bottle.
@@lizi.2503 Hey Liz, not a joke. Everyone's body is different, you need to keep a diary of what you eat, and note down the effects. For me, I can't have vegetable oils, so no olive oil etc. I cook with butter. Chicken, beef, lamb, fish is good. Legumes are the worst for me. When I go out for dinner I eat everything. For me, my eczema has drastically improved by eating animal products. However, milk and cheese aggravate my eczema. Or, there is an injection out called dupixent. 5 injections and your eczema disappears for life, but please do your own research on the side effects. I'm not getting it.
I always got the little blister one my palm and fingers in the summer then they would go way I’m a few weeks but last year there was a dry patch of skin on the bottom of my foot I thought it was dead skin fast forward 1 year it has taken over both my feet in between toes and every thing its ridiculous
Soak one hour in vinegar. Rub garlic on them. Do not wear sock at night. Let your feet breath. Drink ape juice or apple cider. Clean your gut. Do not eat too much histamine meat. Eat a ton of vegetables and fruit. Will will come back cause of the gut. Drink your vegetable juice.
Just uoaded pics of both feet. The smaller wounds on the left foot hurt more than the larger one. The swelling and then the wounds seem to burn. The creme helps, but staying off them seems to be the hardest part to let them heal. movement walking isnt helping inhealing the feet bottoms.
Yeah I carry extra weight and during the summer months, I cant weare shoes my feet sweat so much .I could wring out my socks there so wet . Seems to be the common denominator with the eczema skin disorder.
Honestly it started Jan 2021, a little over a year later and now I’m so insecure abt it, it was on my left ring finger, just a small cluster now it’s gotten so bad I can’t hide it anymore. I just need what it takes to get rid of it
This is my second time getting these blisters last time the rash was much smaller. This time it’s on both sides of all 4 fingers and my palm on just my right hand this shit sucks. I’m about to have my second child among a stack of other issues going on personally so reading stress can cause a flare up is kinda making sense
I had seldomly recurring dishydrosis, usually shorter in duration and the last one happened years ago. It returned this 2022 in the tip of my left index finger. This is the longest I've had it. Sometimes it gets better, sometimes it gets worse. I really don't know what's causing it and how to treat it. I'm scared that it will spread further. I don't want any more discomfort. 😞
Avoid scratching it running it under warm to hot water can aid in taking away the itcheness momnetarily, I used band aids to wrap around my fingers to keep from scratching it and it helped me

Every damn summer this crap pops up on my hands, because I am a metal fabricator/welder so I have to wear heavy leather gloves which makes my hands sweat profusely all day... I always just called them "sweat blisters" never really knew the scientific term until a few days ago when I looked it up on Google. It really sucks because I have to wear thick leather gloves and there is nothing I can do about getting this crap all over my hands. Depending on how bad I get it, it usually ends up making my hands itch like crazy and the only thing I can do to try and ease the itch is use calamine lotion or anti-itch spray. But I always sweat that stuff right off so basically I never get any relief. So pretty much I just have to deal with it. Not really anything I can do to prevent it.
I have it right now since last 3 months. I can't hardly walk anymore because the skin under my feet is all flakes and split. I have it as side effects of the seringes Cosentyx to control really bad ankylosing spondilitis. It is hell. I wake up 4-5 times a night to put more cream, vaseline and cortisone because it hurts but never go away. It is torture.
i have tried popping them and some didnt comeback and some are still there witch idk what to do now and this week of mine i cant relax bec we have exams hopefully i can recover from it,but before when i was working out di dont get any of these bubbles on my hand maybe bec work outs really relives stress to your body so yeah hopefully i wish it would heal faster

It sounds like you've achieved a lot despite your challenges. Remember, seeking professional support can provide strategies to manage stress and prioritize your well-being while pursuing your goals.
Sweaty palm and feet is how I think I got it and the 100 degree weather change makes it worse. Anyone else have it like me? How did you make it go away? Derm gave me clobetasol and it's only partially working. Might try the target antifungal next according to another youtube video I saw where it worked but idk.
Excessive sweating of palms and feet, often worsened by high temperatures, can be challenging to manage. If clobetasol is only partially effective, you might consider trying an antifungal treatment as suggested, but please consult your dermatologist first to ensure it's suitable for your condition ❤️.
@@MedicalCentric hi thank you for replying. I have it on my feet, Bag Balm has worked. I've tried lotions and steroids, the heavier ointment has been the best at healing my skin and calming the itching

Dyshidrosis, also known as dyshidrotic eczema, can indeed be irritating, especially when it occurs between the fingers. It's noteworthy that scabies and dyshidrosis are distinct conditions. If you've overcome scabies, it's good to hear. For dyshidrosis, keep the affected area clean and dry, avoid irritants, and consider using mild corticosteroid creams as per a dermatologist's advice. If the symptoms persist or worsen, seeking professional medical guidance would be prudent.
It's concerning to hear that you're experiencing dyshidrosis, especially at such a young age. Dyshidrosis is a skin condition characterized by small, itchy blisters on the hands and feet. While it can be persistent, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional, preferably a dermatologist, for a proper diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. They can determine the severity of your condition and recommend appropriate measures to manage symptoms and prevent flare-ups. Common treatments may include topical steroids, antihistamines, or other medications. Additionally, practicing good hand hygiene and avoiding potential triggers can help alleviate symptoms. Remember to communicate openly with your healthcare provider about your concerns and experiences to ensure the most effective and suitable care for your situation.
