♥ Hey everyone!
So you all know by now that I love Dyson products, especially my airwrap! It's an incredible tool that has been a huge game changer for me so I did have very high hopes for Dyson's new launch, corrale. Here are my honest thoughts!

Ppl are forgetting this product is supposed to reduce damage. That doesn't compare to a regular straightener. That is worth it to me and will purchase it.

Perfect review. I completely agree with you on the results. The straightener looks like it does an exceptional job but not so much worth the 500 dollars just to straighten. Will consider on sale though. Thanks for the heads up!

If you figure how much we spend on nails and makeup…. In a year and if this really does make our lives easier each day then money =time and time = money. Plus if you buy it you have 30 days to love it or return it!! Thanks for a great review 💜💜💜

Just a thought, with age your hair might actually be a little wavy. Since you heat style your hair and dye it regularly, it would mess with your curl pattern (your being a general term, not you specifically.) but something like Olaplex No 3 should help with your damaged ends (I know way too much about the science of hair for the fact that I’m not a trichologist 😂)

Thank you for reviewing! I was able to snag this 2 nights ago from Nordstrom for 25% off 😱 I’m so excited for this to come in the mail so I can try it for myself. Unlike you, my hair is NOT straight so I can see myself liking this a little more than my Airwrap. The Airwrap works soooo well for you, but not as much for me because my hair isn’t naturally straight-ish and I have a lot of frizz at my roots. With the Corrale you can straighten and curl so even though it’s hella expensive, I can see it being more worth it for my particular hair type.

Wow you lucky girls!! I think they pulled it out now. I own the dyson hair dryer & it’s so worth the money!! I have 200$ rewards on Ulta, might as well use that to buy this .

In Australia 🇦🇺 it’s $699 and my Airwrap was $799 and hairdryer was $549 and I have extremely curly hair I had to purchase the diffuser separately, I love my hairdryer and Airwrap so I’m like ohhhhh I need the whole collection and I think Dyson rely on this especially on impulse buyers. So I am really making myself take a breath, watch all the reviews and then decide, I like that it can be returned within 45 days so that’s a plus if I prefer my GHD PLATINUM + over the Dyson one. If I choose to buy one. Great honest Review thank you 🙏🏻

Really $500 for a straightener ??!!! I’m not sure who can afford this I guess people with money.... but that’s an insane amount for a straightener ! Just my opinion 😜

S John Dyson is top of the line just like ALL their products. Nothing different than an average car and say a Mercedes or Lexus. This flat iron is definitely worth the money. If u want it bad enough and u can’t afford it then u save up for it duh 🙄

@@marilynrios6496 Why is it worth the money? I reckon it's no better than other straighteners. I don't believe their claim that it doesn't damage the hair as much as other ones.

@@SwatiPatelnz for me it’s worth the money because I have thick hair and these straighteners do the job in 10 mins, while my ghd ones used to take 25-30. For people that hate styling their hair or don’t have the time (I’m both) it’s a great investment!

Thank you for your honest review. Love my Dyson air wrap but the price point it’s just so high for a straightener. I tried to get it from Nordstrom on sale but like you said it was sold out. I guess I will wait till it comes on sale again.

Betsy Joseph I tried the same. Dyson also does price match, i sent them arshia’s nordstorm screenshot for reference but they told me it was a bogus website for some reason.

Mandeep Mahal oh wow! I was surprised that it was on sale so quick. I’m also seeing from other reviews that the battery dies so quick so that is a major issue for me.

I totally agree with you! It’s a great tool but it definitely isn’t worth the price, I would rather buy the Dyson hair dryer and air wrap. My straightener does the exact same thing and it’s less than a $100. The only way I would get it is if it goes on sale. Your hair is gorgeous.

I just order it. I have Dyson blow dryer so i think this is second thing i need. Was thinking about air wrap but my goal to use it more for creating curles. If i dont like it i will return of course.

I will live and die with the curse of frizzy, curly and fine hair, so here are my thoughts. This Dyson straightener does a great job of giving you stick straight hair. But I like my straighteners to multi-task, and that's where this one is a deal breaker. No matter WHAT, if you try to use it to create a bend, you will positively see bumps in your hair. This is where the plates meet each other. In some of Arshia's video (note at around the 7:46 mark...), you see the marks left in the hair, even when just straightening. This is about 10 times more obvious if you have fine hair, like me. It's great for reducing frizz at the crown, but my $100 T3 does that just fine and it curls, too. This straightener would be great - for a max of 200 bucks.

ahh i'm even more confused now! I totally agree tht in that price point i would get the airwrap especially because you can potentially straighten with the attachments on that as well! When I looked on dyson's website for the straightener's promotion they did show that you can also curl and wave with this device as well which is why i thought thy essentially put all the attachments of the airwrap into one device. Have you tried curling and waving your hair with this?! I would love to see an IG TV review or another youtube review on how this device works with other techniques such as curling and waving!

Good points mentioned in this review. I agree that for the same price point as the airwrap, this is NOT. worth it. Also, your hair is a BREEZE to straighten. Yours doesn’t need extensive time and effort so it’s easy. Other people with really curly or coarser hair have not been so successful from the reviews I’ve seen. That being said, if you only need a flat iron to smooth down your hair a bit or give a quick pick me up, then your iron does NOT need to be $500. So far it’s a total fail and complete NO for me.

l honestly didn't see a big difference between straightening your hair using a less expensive straightener or a expensive one .l didn't also notice a lustrous shine on your hair to be honest. But the most important thing it's that you did like it, and it made you think your hair looks different then before so with all being said congrats.

Wow it's freaking insanely expensive. So much more expensive than their wireless vacuum cleaners which have so many attachments, I don't know who will pay $500 + tax just for a hair straightener. The Babybliss does exactly the same job at $100, I love Dyson and would have paid probably $100 more than the Babybliss for their design and innovation but $500 is insane, especially when i already have the air wrap

I regret the dyson purchase... I bought it because it’s cordless but battery dies after 30 min which gives me anxiety as I need to pass several times on my hair! Straightening isn’t the best I have Babyliss and steampod they do wonders

It looks like she’s not even doing anything , because she’s not really making an effort . She’s just straightening over it instead of taking the time to separate by layers 🤦‍♀️
