What about babies and toddlers?? I have a 2.5 year old with Dysphagia and Tracheostomy. He was swallowing before he was hospitalized at 2 months old, received his Trach at 5 months old, swallowed some after that but did have an NG tube for over a year. Now does not swallow and is attempting Vital Stem Treatments. We need more research for Pediatric Patients.

I also feel like the information provided in this webinar was not as informative on how to manage Dysphagia in patients with Trachs as the title suggested. I listened to the whole video and will listen once more just to make sure I get a clearer understanding on what you are suggesting for people to do in order to manage Dysphasia. This is an hour of time when listening 2x... and I am not sure I am leaving with bonafide information. I guess I will try reading through your handbook... maybe the information is there. For some reason I kept getting distracted listening to the narrator swallow. I am sorry but I just had to note this. It was a little annoying for me.
