This is awesome.. thanks so much for these videos. The Dr farias Recovery program has been really great for me personally with my process with focal dystonia. So true about the looping thoughts and really for me the practice at the moment is learning to not play anything when i have my instrument in my hands. It really can be a blessing in disguise if we can just keep being patient and positive. Thanks so much 😊
My husband is a 57 year old Ob Gyn Dr and X marathon runner. His symptoms began 3 years ago and were diagnosed 18 months ago .He is back to running ( remarkably) but continues to have an awkward gait with walking . ( He lacks knee ext of the right side, demonstrates excessive foot internal rotation , toe flexion and other types . I need him to connect with you / meet you etc
As a PT myself ( mostly pediatrics) , I am extremely worried about his orthopedic issues that may develop down the line and trying to convince him to try some more PT or an orthotic to improve his atypical gait .
