Part 1 of the April 1994 B-Legit and E-40 interview at the Sick Wid It offices with HipHopSlam's Billy Jam - recorded shortly after 40 and The Click had signed with Jive Records.
Always digged E40 & Blegits style and the sounds they used slapped hard they were a head of their time I grew up with the federal album and officially The click down and dirty album I still bump them albums to this day ik people like to criticize a dude who’s trying to come up in the game but wen I heard 40 say then the guy said I love that shit wen I was twisted 😂😂 gotta love 40 and legit they’ve been around for years and years
In the beginning they mention Jive is only going to re-release 40's Federal and Click's Down & Dirty. Jive later re-released 40's Mail Man EP and B-Legit, D-Shot, Celly Cel and Little Bruce's solo albums. The only albums Jive didn't re-release was Suga T and Rhythm X's albums.

Wow so wait cause I'm confused. When they OG versions of Celly Cel's "Heat 4 Yo Azz" & Little Bruce's "XXXtra Mannish" was released (not disturbed by Jive) they already signed with Jive??
By the time they signed with Jive, these albums were already on shelves for sale I believe. Then Jive reissued them with the Jive logo on it. I’m a billboard charts nerd so I know heat yo for azz debuted on the Top R&B charts in April 94 and Xxxtra Manish in July 94 loll u can actually see the billboard charts on google books.
