One finger between the strap and the neck

I am having troubles getting this collar to even shock let alone vibrate...does it not work well with a low charge? Or is mine faulty?

Is there a way to do tone and shock set for different buttons? I’m teaching my dog positive reinforcement when he hears the tone but I’d like to be able to shock when he doesn’t respond, having to switch the dial each time is a pain and I sometimes accidentally shock when I mean to reward

Any help, my vibrate doesn't seem to work only the tone?

How do you pair two remotes to the same dog collar?

I use it on one and my dog jumps out of it's skin. WHAT THE HELL! I tried it on myself on setting 1 and its painful.

Does it vibrate n how? Mine is 825x
