I remember a few years ago, Authority Hacker was kind of new to RU-vid, not focused a lot on it. Fast forward to today, this f*cking incredible content. Not to mention the in-depth paid course content, which is actually frequently updated and expanded (unlike most online courses, which say they will be updated but aren't). So awesome that I can just log into my AH Pro account and get this whole new EEAT course now. It's great to be an AH member. Thank you guys

Considering that it will take several months to implement these changes on my site, and considering it'll no doubt take many months for G to recognize and hopefully rerank my pages, and considering the speed at which G will no doubt be releasing its AI SE webwide...it makes me wonder if jumping thru the many EEAT hoops is really worthwhile.

I’m so happy that I stumbled upon this channel. Great content! Unfortunately I’m using a really basic CMS platform for my website where I can’t add SEO plugins. Specifically links from author's socials IMO are quite important. Similar to how Google implemented Authorship with Google+ back in the day.

In all honesty, most small businesses of 10-50 employees I know in the UK, such as garden centers, estate agents, electrical companies, the local garage, just don't do any of this stuff. They are running their businesses, they don't have time to add all these bells and whistles to their business sites. I am doubtful that Google would demote them because there are no authors or no mention in Forbes. The point I am making is that most businesses I know don't practice the black art of SEO, they are running their actual companies.

Yep but they’re adding contact infos, address, often original images and several other things mentioned in the video which probably gets them over the line. I don’t think you need everything in this video to do well but you need enough to get above a certain threshold. Plus, this stuff is probably more for info and commercial queries rather than local queries.

That was a good video, Gael. It made me aware of the importance of EEAT. Anyway I was thinking about one thing - What's stopping us (as webmasters) adding authoritive authors and just say they wrote the articles? Do you know what I mean?

My guess is it works like Google+ authorship worked at the time. You added a tag on your site but you also had to link from your social profiles back to the site to make it work. I guess Google may have a more advanced version of this now so if the author shares posts authored by them on crawlable social etc, that may be a hint the site is not faking.

For existing website owners at what point would you say buying TASS is no longer useful? Or rather how should existing websites decided if buying TASS makes sense for them?

It's a tricky question. I think there are a lot of little things to pick up for existing site owners. If you message support though, you may want to ask when you can join Pro (it includes the E-E-A-T blueprint too) which is more geared toward existing site owners..
