+robdavtay It's very interesting that the manual for this model recommends a huge amount of aileron differential and this acts to counter the adverse-yaw that usually requires rudder in put to produce a coordinated turn. Most cubs hang their tail in a turn unless you use rudder but this one (thanks to that differential) seems much better in that regard.

my cub, I always used rudder on turns. when I got my first computer radio eons ago, I mixed my rudder with ailerons.

+xjet That is the problem with modern computer radios, it makes for lazy flying. Whilst I am all for getting more people into the hobby, surely we should teach them to fly correctly rather that relying on electronic aids. Obviously, modern jet fighters have, and need all of the electronic aids that they can, but Cubs?

+robdavtay I'm not lazy, I have several 72mhz transmitters that are plain Jane I use with several planes. I've been in the hobby 25 years, the computers just make it more fun, focus on flying instead of crashing. take mutirotors, imagine trying to fly one without the controller board.

+robdavtay I only use aileron on my e-flite apprentice s15e, but thats because it has SAFE and I'm usually only in beginner mode.I'd like to learn more about coordinated turns though
