16 minutes in and the video really hit home for me - the stand up and stretch and groan. Exactly what I do at least once during a repair. Congrats on the successful clutch replacement and the transmission mount. Really helpful tips in here.
Wow! I feel famous! I got a mention in your video - and yep you pretty much nailed the pronunciation of the name GURHY (sort of an Irish name). Yes that little block is quite handy for improving the gear lever action. Been watching all your videos and they are great. You are doing many of the jobs I have done over the last year. Keep up the great and entertaining videos. 🙂
Good to see the restoration is still in progress...... If you put it back on the road next summer you'll deserve a pretty good bottle of wine !! Got to fix (or replace) the engine of my 2007 mini (secong gen) next summer, I would also like to drive it before end of this summer..... cant wait to see you to replace the engine in the car....
Got this to do next year on my GEN 2, love the videos keep em coming. BTW where did you get the exploded view of the selector mechanism, would come in really useful on my build I'm doing St the moment... Planning dropping the rear subframe this Sumner & would like to review an exploded schematic to pre buy the parts I need.... Thanks. Smithie 👍
@@RegardingAutomobiles I didn't mean that hahaha. I was just wondering how long you have been fixing it. I find that you are a brave man. One without much mechanic background trying to fix a car by taking apart the whole engine.... is crazy brave.
