What diff/ final drive are you using in that? I guess standard getrag 420g 6 speed, but the ratios seem very close. I'm using a 2.69 diesel e36 small case diff rated for the torque, it'll pull 105MPH in 3rd!
Dude - what's the sequence of your launch? Looks like Ebrake, throttle, clutch down, then release ebrake, dump clutch? Is there a reason the ebrake is even used? Or do you hold clutch at bite point before launch?
@@gasjunkies7048 I got alpinweiss e30 v8 from 89' with V8 m60b40,diff 2.56 a little bit tuned to 305 hp with 375 Nm and im guessing what time will it have on 1/4 mile.It feels OK from 0-100 but from 100-200 its pure devil ;) I have no oportunity to check it properly in my country.What you think and what spec does your e30 have?Greetings from Poland (EU) :D

@@fordakacar thank you! An m60/62 would be m60 with the m62 head (so a stroker) and it would increase displacement to 4.4 Liters Edit: Actually M62b44 block with the M60 head
That Mustang driver was asleep but would have lost even with a better launch: (1) The voodoo engine is soft on torque (flat plane crank) (2) Too heavy in the wrong places. Need that over the rear axle if you want to beat a lighter car with power. (That's why stock Turbo Ss smoke most equally powered cars off the line).
Bro sweet vid a even sweater E30! Just one comment on on your videos as I have seen a couple of them, please DON'T play music over the sound of that mint sounding v8! I am pretty sure most other people would prefer the raw v8 sound track over any music sound track. Let's face it, no song or music is better than the a raw v8! Some constructive criticism... Cheers 👍

Am I right that the only thing you did to this was puttin in the M60B40 stock and put in other seats and you car is going a 9.01 on the drag strip ? Because that was fucking impressive and hilarious cheap for going under 10 sec.
@@sahand_m5 if it was a track car I definitely would since the 5 speed is a lot smaller and lighter. I like the 6 speed for daily driving and road trips
Et les gars je suis comme vous bon saut mon âge 48 ans mais je suis uñ gaz junkies vous voulez pas m adopter une caravane me suffira et un boulot bien sur pour pouvoir manger et me construire ma e30 bmw motors is the e34 M5 turbo forger the e34 M5 is the 3L6 the big monstre motors forger et titane pour les bielles y a pas plus robuste d ailleur ci je me trompe pas le motors dodge lt4 the bielle is the titanes y a même des rondelles en diamant pour être incassable se que je compte faire sur le moteur e34 M5 3L6 yes adopter moi un petit frenchy qui ci connaît super bien en BMW
