Why does it sound like one cylinder is not firing? The engine sound should be smooth, it shouldn't have the dip.

Ok so u have completly stock engine(pistons,crankshaft,connecting rods), stock clutch, gearshift, diff and all shafts? All u changed was turbo exhaust manifold and modified intake and new exhaust?Im interested cause i will try to install turbo on my own in the nearest future, so now im gathering information

Great results mate, gratulations! How thick headgasket did u use? I assume it would be arround 1.5mm? If so... Why did You use it? I think on stock gasket with second standard: 1mm oem would be allso fair enough for such power. With 1.5mm or more and 470cc injectors You can go easy 400+. Ps. 319hp crank or wheel power?

Aaron Lyon stock fuel pump, 470cc Bosch fuel injectors. Mass air flow is stock, Mega Squirt ECU

From what I know, m54 has aluminium block, don't you fear that the engine will blow?

He's only running 0.7 bar which isn't a lot, the block should be able to take it, anything over maybe 0.8-0.9 and you're starting to push it.
